We are a property management company. We use Brothers Rivera Plumbing for all our plumbing calls for the past several years. They are very reliable, professional and trustworthy. Their prices are very competitive.

They will run a cable down your drain even if you don't have a clog and charge you for it. Horrible management. Don't hire these guys. Scammers

They fixed multiple issues in my home: my sink was clogged, and they cleared it and installed a new one. They also replaced the leaking part in my bathroom shower, and repaired a dripping issue in my kitchen. Everything was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail.

What really stood out was their honesty and professionalism. They explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. The quality of their work is excellent, and everything is now working perfectly.

Definitely recommend! I called around 9:30 p.m., and they answered right away. I explained that my sink was filling up with water and draining slowly. He said he could be there within 30 minutes, and he arrived just as promised. He quickly resolved the issue and explained that the recurring backup was due to improper installation. He fixed that as well. Highly recommend!

Recently we had a plumbing emergency in our home. One morning, my husband and I heard a faint sound of water running. Turned out that our main water pipe sprung a small leak. Water was dripping behind one of the walls in our kitchen. We also noticed a small puddle of water by the baseboard.

I frantically called my neighbor to see if she knew of a plumber. My neighbor Isabel referred me to JMS Plumbing. She said, “They are the best plumbing service in the city!” I spoke with the owner Joe Skolnick of JMS. Joe couldn’t have been more understanding or accommodating over our plumbing emergency. He calmy reassured me that he would arrive, asap.

Joe arrived promptly, as promised. He was also very Covid conscious throughout. I have to say, watching Joe work, was like watching a skilled surgeon. He first laid out a thick protective blanket for his tools. He also had several plumbing gadgets that he used to detect water and leaks. With pinpoint accuracy he cut a small section of the kitchen drywall. He immediately found the damaged pipe. He then cut a section off of the broken pipe off and replaced it with a new one. Joe also took photos and a video of the damage area in case we needed it for insurance purposes. He then checked the faucets throughout our property to insure we had hot and cold running water. Afterwards, he cleaned up and removed all the debris and dust from the damaged area in the kitchen. He asked that we place a fan in front effected area for three days to dry the wood and hopefully prevent mold, He asked that we contact a mold detection service in three days. The mold service company that Joe referred checked the area and deemed it dry and mold free. The mold service call was free of charge!

Joe, because of your quick responsiveness, great advice and highly skilled knowledge this plumbing emergency did not evolve into a mold and insurance nightmare. JMS Plumbing is the best!! A huge thanks to you, “Our new favorite plumber!”

JMS has done an awesome job taking care of various plumbing issues we had at our home. From taking care of a leaky sink to repairing a main sewage pipe, they handled all of their work professionally and within a reasonable time frame. I will continue to use their services.

This is by far the best plumbing company I have ever worked with. They have fixed our water heater- installed new faucets- new garbage disposal. Excellent Customer Service! We just arrived at our new house and had no hot water. The gas company sent 2 technicians who couldn't solve the problem. I called Tony at Plumbing Boys late on a Friday night. He was great. He carefully and patiently talked me through several fixes to try to restart the system. These didn't work, so he arranged one of his team to stop by Saturday morning as soon as practical. Gary from Plumbing Boys arrived Saturday morning, and quickly disassembled the system and found the problem. He was able to restart the system and we had hot water restored at a very reasonable price. Since he was so helpful, we asked about two unrelated problems. He carefully put on boot covers, and took a look at these two items - giving us great advice for no additional charge. Both Gary and Tony were a pleasure to work with and we fully plan on using Plumbing Boys again for future projects and repairs. Thanks for the great work!

A+ service. Red Hat Plumbing to the rescue. They got my storm drain and pump, cleaned and serviced in the same day. All new parts. No tricks. No surprises. Everything was done as they said it would be. Pictures and video provided to me of the finished work. I had them at my home and trusted them there alone with no problems. Honest & knowledgeable.
