My experience with Red Hat Plumbing was extremely positive and I’d recommend them highly. Back in June we had a major middle-of-the-night 2am plumbing emergency - an inside-the-wall pipe burst in the laundry room followed by the main rusted shut-off-valve breaking off to cause a secondary burst. The reaction of our regular (28+ year customer) plumbing company’s emergency number was: call LADWP to shut off water supply at the meter as that needs a special tool (no luck at that hour with LADWP) and that they will get back later. Red Hat Plumbing by contrast was responsive at that hour, scheduled an early morning visit by Armando Hernandez who came before 7am, shut off water mains, replaced the shut-off valve, put a temporary stop to the leak in the wall by going into to the crawl space, and later in the day replaced the burst pipe in the laundry room. All in all very polite and professional, and at a price that was very reasonable for a job that lasted much of the day. We are certainly going to use them for our future plumbing needs.

Fast, fair, and fantastic! Our cesspool collapsed and created a huge sinkhole in the yard. They arrived the same day I called, repaired the tank, installed a new cleanout, and had everything done in just 2 days. Zero mess, total pros, and the price was incredibly reasonable. Best septic service hands down—highly recommend!

Fantastic work by Armando. My water heater went out and we were miserable with cold water. I called them and they came out the next morning, even before they were scheduled. They diagnosed the problem and called the heater company. The part was under warranty, so they shipped it for free. Then when the part came in, I called Red Hat to install it. Once again, they came first thing in the morning, before they were even scheduled. Took Armando about 30 minutes to repair it. And it was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Armando and Red Hat.
