Los Altos did an amazing job installing our new office kitchen. The crew that did the install was very professional and attentive to every detail. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen.

They were very friendly and professional. Knew exactly what I wanted and made sure everything was completed correctly and efficiently. Very respectful and knowledgeable. They answered all the questions I had and made sure I was completely satisfied with everything.

I use Los Altos, Builders for the cabinets in the new ADU I built. They did a fabulous job, efficient clean, and did what they said. Couldn’t recommend them any higher.

Everyone I worked with at Los Altos was professional, competent, punctual, and pleasant to deal with. Coordination between Home Depot, Los Altos, and myself was seamless. The Los Altos folks were very helpful in making creative suggestions and pointing out and solving potential issues. I love my kitchen and the Los Altos team made sure everything met my requirements and standards. I highly recommend them and would use them again should the need arise.

Alejandro did an excellent job explaining the process upon arrival. Worked efficiently throughout the day and thoroughly cleaned afterwards. I was impressed. Very professional and courteous.

I fully agree with Zohar's assessment. The quality of work performed by Los Altos has been extremely poor. We experienced numerous issues during the project and continue to face problems due to their negligent and/or incompetent workmanship. We hired them through Home Depot for a complete kitchen and bathroom remodel, and the results have been deeply disappointing.

RUN RUN RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!Contracted through Home Depot for Kitchen cabinets measure & install. Extremely poor workmanship. Cabinets not secured to the wall, crown molding crooked at the ceiling per never advised by the incompetent owner Kevin who performed the measure that my ceilings were uneven. In addition the one man team installer installed over 80% of the hardware (cabinet handles) on crooked or uneven and not to mention SEXUALLY harassed me on the day of the pathetic & horrific install.
**Complaint and summon prepared. Will file on Monday. Look up the case before contracting with this company*** Thank me later.

Los Altos couldn’t be more profession . The owner followed up and kept me informed promptly and addressed any issues or question i had .The owner came up with solutions and was able to clarify many technical questions. Would hire again . Sabine

We did major kitchen remodeling with wall demolition, expansion, re-doing closets, piping, electricity and installation of all equipment and cabinets. Overall, it was very good experience. Contractor and the team were competent, organised and nice people. Everything went smooth. They were trying hard. They did more than they were supposed and were asking, what else they could help with. Very clean job, very professional. Thank you, Los Altos. Strongly recommend.

Such nice people,easy to work with, even when delays happen. Very satisfied with the work done and how they explained everything. One of the grab bars that needed to be installed didn’t have the required screws. This installation required a special trip and when they could only install one of the bars, I expected to pay an additional trip charge to install the second one! They were gracious enough to not charge me! That meant a lot to me because the reason for it is because my husband has Parkinson’s and needs to steady himself when getting into and out of the shower! Happy to recommend this company!

Los Altos construction has the best customer service of any company I have ever worked with. I had my kitchen remolded over 2 years ago and had a minor leak under my sink recently. I called Jacob and he sent his employee over the next day and fixed the problem. They are reliable and great workers that are dependable and very efficient. I will definitely be recommending this company to all my friends. Number 1 in my opinion!!!

Los Altos Construction Company is outstanding! Jacob was my main point of contact, and he set the tone with his professionalism, honesty, and clear communication. Out of four companies we spoke with, Jacob was the only one who gave us a straightforward and accurate assessment of the work needed. His integrity immediately stood out. Maria (front office) communicated clearly and efficiently.

Jonathan and Pablo, the crew who handled the repairs and installation, went above and beyond. They repaired the subfloors in two bathrooms and installed two toilets with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship. The quality of their work was top-notch, and they treated our home and one another with great respect.

In my experience, this is a team you can trust for honest advice, excellent workmanship, and true professionalism. I highly recommend Los Altos Construction Company and will definitely turn to them again for future bathroom or kitchen projects.

This is the type of work done on my kitchen. Never thought I’d spend over 70k and get this crap! Floors made 1 1/2” above original flooring. Tiles are uneven or leveled, walls and baseboards damaged and not leveled. Cabinet installed 3 different times due to uneven leveling. Knobs put in crooked. Two window screens lost, along with other household items damaged. Filing a complaint with the board of contractors against Los Altos and Home Depot.

Worked closes with Jacob at Los Altos Construction, he did a great job. Very quick to respond with any questions I had. They installed the cabinets in my kitchen and it turned out incredible. 10/10 recommend

Peter and Jacob are the best. We used Los Altos Construction twice for brand new construction from the ground up they came in and completed the kitchen cabinets design exactly how we designed it. Their work really fast. Got it all done in one day and they communicate very well. They also make it easy for you if you're missing any pieces they will go and buy them for you and you can reimburse then once it's done. We are not finished with the countertops yet, but the kitchen came out amazing!

We recently did a small kitchen remodel through Home Depot. Los Altos Construction was our contractor for the job. They handled the entire project from first measure to final install; including dismantle, plumbing, electrical and flooring. Jacob was available to address any questions or concerns along the way. I have been using Los Altos construction for over 30 years. Kevin Studer completed my Kitchen remodel in just over a week in a rental unit that I have. It still looks great 30 years later.

After that I was sold on using him for 3 other similar projects through Home Depot. Within the last year I had 2 other projects (Bathroom remodels) and went back to Los Altos Construction (Home Depot) where I learned Kevin had passed away but his son Jacob was now the owner of the business. I asked around and found that Jacob had spent many years working with Kevin and was assured Jacob follows the same work practices and quality of construction of his Dad.

Two projects later I can report it is true. Their estimate was very fair and the results were great. Communication was way better than other contractors I've used. Based on the above I can give this excellent review without hesitation.
