The SERVPRO of Northwest long Beach's team are absolute professionals. We had an emergency flood in our businesses building called them right away. They showed up within an hour and a few days later is was as if nothing had even happened. These guys really helped us through a stressful situation.

Such an amazing experience! I called my insurance to file a claim and Servpro of Northwest Long Beach calls in minutes to schedule an appointment for insp. They guided me through the process & smooth transition.

We hired ServPro to help us with a big cleaning job after our move to a condo. The previous owner had three dogs that had marked the baseboards throughout. We tried several professional and some do it yourself cleaning but the aroma lingered. Finally we heard about ServPro from our friend who works in law enforcement. I guess they clean up crime scenes?

We phoned Henry and he did his detective work, sent in a great team of Miguel, Moses and Jesse. It turned out that our MDF baseboards were beyond repair. So the guys carefully scored (to prevent further wall damage) and removed them all. But much to all our surprise a couple of places showed mold behind the baseboards, some with current moisture (plumbing) content. This necessitated mold remediation which, thankfully, ServPro was able to start that very day! I have a mild asthma so thank God they found and fixed this problem before it got any worse.

The guys were all professional, friendly, neat and efficient, all we could ask for. They made the process (several days of plastic tenting, noisy fans, etc.) livable for us. Finally our new home looks like it’s going to be a happy place – but no dogs allowed!

Recently, we had major flooding due to a sink that was not shut off in our condo complex on the 5th floor and the water had traveled down 3 floors. We contacted Servpro and they were professionals from start to finish, They were able to stabilize, remove and clean up the water damage in a very short period of time. This could have been a much worse situation had it not been for Servpro's quick response. If we ever need service in the future, I will, along with our association, use Servpro again in the future.

I own a unit in Long Beach and one of my pipes burst in the kitchen area. I contacted SERVPRO of Long Beach and their response was immediate... amazing. I was impressed at their attention to detail and professionalism. This could have been much worse had it not been for Servpro.
