I’d been thinking about remodeling my house for a while and finally reached out to Orr for a project in Rossmoor. They did an amazing job with a master bedroom suite addition and some interior upgrades—installing a new beam in the kitchen for an open layout and adding wainscoting along the main hallway. Our favorite feature by far is the new pocket door system they put in, connecting our living room to the patio. It’s perfect! Orr nailed it, and we’re thrilled with the outcome!

Orr Construction Company built a second-story ADU for us in Huntington Beach, adding a 1-bedroom unit above our existing 2-car garage. The outcome is wonderful—we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! The entire Orr team was a pleasure to work with, delivering great quality and making the process smooth from start to finish. Orr Construction has been our go-to for a couple of projects at our home in Rossmoor, and they’ve exceeded our expectations every time. In our backyard, they built an aluminum patio cover with heaters, a BBQ area with a sink, and a TV enclosure with a slick TV lift—perfect for outdoor entertaining.

Most recently, they installed a wine glass enclosure with a cooling system that we absolutely love. Andy provided fantastic input, taking our ideas and making them even better.

I loved that he takes my lavish ideas and makes them economical and creative. We will continue to call on him for all our future projects.

The Orr team did phenomenal work at our home in Rossmoor! They installed some beefy beams to open up our kitchen, living room, and cabana room, creating an incredible flow. They also added a California room with Windsor One tongue-and-groove and flush heaters, plus all new glue-down flooring throughout the house. We brought in our own custom cabinet company, and Orr had no problem collaborating with them. The craftsmanship from Andy and the team was top-notch—really impressive work! Highly recommend!

I am an out of state owner of a condo in Long Beach. Worked with De Sisto to add a/c for my tenant. I could not be happier with the pricing and the work. De Sisto did the work so fast and offered the highest level of customer service. De Sisto is a dream to work with……….5 STARS!!!!!!

We had a horrific experience with a previous contractor, so when De Sisto Construction came in, and still being gun shy from previous contractor, it was a breath of fresh air to have professionals on our properties.

It was refreshing to have had a reliable, and honest team behind us. I’ve used them for major and minor home repair/renovation projects on two different properties. I’ll admit, I’m a perfectionist, and some issues did arise to which DCI took care of in a timely manner and to a T. I highly recommend the de Sisto team.

Each project has been completed to specs and within budget – except where I made additions or last minute changes. Super dependable family-owned company. Does top notch work and great to work with. Very professional, and they are there to take care of your family’s biggest investment.

The work consisted of adding sloped ceiling, renovating a fireplace, tearing down the entire house to the studs, turning a sun room into an extension of the living room, adding an HVAC system, adding a bathroom. On top of that, they also renovated a four unit building for me as well.

I give them a lot of credit, especially with their warranty. Every single contractor I had went MIA when the final check was written. Any time a problem came up, I called De Sisto and someone came out to make it right within a few days.

This is the second time that I have used the services of De Sisto Construction. Although things didn’t start off right with the first project manager who was not being communicative, David contacted me personally to make things right. It is this personal touch and trust that brought me back to De Sisto. Trust in them executing the tasks with end results matching what I had envisioned was a big factor for me because I was residing hundreds of miles away from my house at the time. In the end, I was pleased with how the house turned out, and the workmanship of the crew and their willingness to maintain open lines of communication helped bring it to that point.
