ServPro Long Beach/ Signal Hill was extremely professional when I contacted them with an emergency. Local High School experienced some minor flooding during the last heavy rains. 5 rooms were impacted and they responded right away. They were able to walk the Principal and faculty through the process in getting things remedied. The fact that the call was made late in the evening and they responded within a short period of time, it showed how important GREAT service is to this ServPro facility. I would recommend them in a heart beat!

We had a fire damage in our house. Our insurance company gave phone number for Servpro of Northwest Long Beach. After 20 minute Henry and his crew showed up and explained everything in detail. Everyone involved from Servpro were courteous, timely and very detail oriented. We recommend this company to anyone is in need of their service.

We had a fire incident in our garage due to electrical shortage. After a long night dealing with fire department, the next day we called our insurance agent to seek help. Our agent gave us contact information of Servpro of Long Beach. Within 30 minutes Henry and his crew showed up and went over the procedure of fire clean up. They worked 5 days vigorously to clean the fire damage in our garage and also Soot cleaning in the back unit. Once their job was completed the back unit looked very clean and smelled fresh too. The garage looked unbelievably clean, they have used special equipment to clean all the charcoaled studs and deodorize. I recommend Henry and his crew from Servpro to anyone in need of cleaning after fire damage.

We disxocwra leak and after our plumber cut open the wall, we found black mold and the wood inside the wall was wet. We spoke to several companies and decided that ServPro Northwest Long Beach had the best solution for us.

Miguel and Moses showed up the day before the 4th of July and partitioned off the bedroom so that the mold spores would not spread. They were professional, neat and spent a couple hours cleaning the mold, removing the baseboard and carpet tacking. They also set up a dehumidifier and left it running over the weekend to dry up the affected area.

Some companies mentioned that we could sleep in the room but Henry said that he would not suggest it and we’re glad we listened. It would have been way too hot and a bit noisy if you’re in the same room.

They came promptly on Monday morning and removed the equipment in no time. They also recommended a person to rebuild the wall so that’s our next step.

All in all, these guys were great! Price was reasonable and Miguel was a true professional. Highly recommended!!

Working with servpro on the demolition for my garage wall (due to water damage) was a seamless process. The workers and main office were responsive, timely and communicative. Due to significant water damage from the last rain, Servpro of Northwest Long Beach came to rescue. Talked to dispatch and the very next day one of their project managers showed up and accessed the damage. Drywalls had to be removed and having experienced with previous contractors, I expected dust & debris left behind. I was honestly shocked, not a drop of anything, no dust. I was impressed by how the room was professionally enclosed. The entire restoration process took around 5 days, am very satisfied with the whole process management. So my wife and I have been remodeling our home and due to the negligence of our contract manager our project halted for two months. Once we were ok’d to continue with the project, the contract manager disappeared (better for us). My wife did some searching and came across SAVE THE DAY RESTORATION. Let me just say they live up to their name! It all started with Bethany and her great customer service. Then Frank the owner came assessed the situation and was on it no questions. Gave us a quote, and began. We needed concrete footings for our load bearing wall removal, subfloor repair and patching of an old doorway that was framed out from the previous contractor who never closed it up even after we asked them numerous times to do so, but I will leave that on their negative review. Anyway, Frank and his crew came and took care of everything in such a timely manner. Jim took care of the open hole which once was a doorway and Looks Amazing.... Manny Jr came with his dad,Manny Sr, and his cousin Jonathan to dig out the footings for the concrete, poured the concrete and repaired the sub floors. Flawless... All of them were respectful, professional and were truly concerned with me and my family making sure all was done correctly. They would call to check on us in regards to the inspections and to follow up with us as to when they were coming to our house etc. They all made sure to stay in great communication with us the whole time. That alone was everything. SAVE THE DAY RESTORATION will be my go to place from now on for any home projects. If I could give 10 stars I would...
