I called Save The Day when I had a leak in a pipe to my home. Not only did they fix the leaking pipe , they also removed the damaged walls and floors and put my house back together just in time for the holidays! The technicians were very courteous! They showed up on time daily and made sure to keep the work area clean. The ladies in the office were very helpful and answered all of my many questions!

I had some mold growing on the walls in my childs room. I wanted someone to come out to help understand the cause and the severity of the problem. Jose came out and said that the mold was simply a result of my old house not having insulation which resulted in condensation on the walls in wintertime. He told me how to wash the mold away to solve the problem. He didn't try to upsell me on any unnecessary services, just a simple fix for a simple problem. I would absolutely reach out to Save the Day Restoration again in the future and recommend them to friends

Be careful with this company a year and a half ago they came in to helping me with the water damage in my property, they came in and took all my stuff to the storage unit. I asked them not to do it to leave them in front of my house in the storage container. They refuse it and they say they was not allowed to do that, I tell them I don’t want my stuff away from my house. I want it in front of my property and they denied it. Unfortunately is being a year and a half since they took my my property and the storage and the unit no contract no prices on anything. They just took it. I’ve been fighting with them to get it back since day one and they refuse it now it’s been so long and they charging a ridiculous amount of money from storage, they only wanna make the most of you money in your ignorance about the situation it’s so sad. They act in bad faith is so sad they take advantage of your ignorance? Please be careful About this company is being a year and a half and I never get my stuff back from them now they say they’re gonna put a lien in my house so just be careful with this company

I highly recommend this company. We have done several projects with them, large & small, over several years. Frank, the owner, is honest, knowledgable, informative, resourceful & reliable. He has an excellent staff. They have been sensitive to our needs & meticulously carried out the work. Frank & his staff are always professional & are excellent communicators. The Save the Day team is a well oiled machine. They are quick to stop whatever problem you are having and get your project moving in the right direction. Frank and his team of professionals are easy to work with and can switch gears when needed. The helped me out back in 2020 with water damage that we had in one of our properties and has has been our go to company for most of our contracting needs ever since. Any type of damage is heartbreaking to deal with especially when you are working with the insurance company but he and his team of contacts were able to help me to navigate the process and cross the finish line with my property in better shape than when we started.

After getting quotes from 4 companies, we chose Save the Day Restorations & Reconstruction to help us with sewage removal in our crawl space. Jose D. walked me through every step and quickly had a team lined up. They came in, took care of the sewage, and even returned a few days later to ensure the area was dry and clean. We plan on using them for other projects and highly recommend them to all our friends and family. They are very honest and reliable, which is something hard to come by with contractors, so I’m really glad we found them!

I wish we had called Frank (owner) sooner! We had water and mold damage in a shared wall between our main bathroom and kitchen. We searched for weeks to find a reputable and honest contractor to put our home back together after completing the remediation process. (I now refer to this fiasco as Humpty Dumpty.)

Our job was too small for many other general contractors and we didn't want to go the handyman route. Frank responded to my email quick (after hours) and came to look the next day. He got the written estimate to us when promised and quickly!

Frank was very transparent from start to finish. He exceeded our expectations on a timeline and began over a week early as well as finishing the job in a timely fashion.

His crew was professional, friendly, and skilled. Manny was in charge of our job and he was great at answering all of my questions and addressing any details I brought up. He and Frank double and triple checked on what I wanted on a couple things since before they moved forward. I totally appreciated that extra time and care to get the job done right!

Manny and his crew were also great at being careful around our young children and dogs. They minimized their dust and cleaned up daily.

Frank and his crew helped me to navigate through my insurance claim and they did a fabulous job of installing new flooring, and beautiful baseboards all throughout the home. I had a small problem with a coupler of gaps appearing between two flooring pieces and had his guys right out to fix them (after they'd been paid). I would highly recommend their services! Excellent work!

We needed fire and smoke Remediation, bio hazard clean up, and some necessary general construction and save the day restoration came to the rescue to our business in Signal hill. The price was great, Jonathan and the team were extremely friendly, professional, enthusiastic and a pleasure to work with and we couldn't be happier. Most importantly the work was very thorough and efficient and they cleaned everything up perfectly. My mother-in-law's restoration came out better than we thought! With us being out of state and her being in Cypress, it was hard to find someone trustworthy that wouldn't cut corners or cheat her out of her money. Nevertheless, Save The Day Restoration showed up, showed out, and didn't charge an arm and a leg. We didn't have to come there and argue with them nor did they ghost us. They communicated so well with us and my mother-in-law. They even listened to her rant a bit but they proved that they could be trusted with all her requests plus some. Greatly and graciously appreciated! If you want it done right and pay a legitimate, uninflated price, I highly recommend them. Thank you all again!
