It can be difficult to find a cleaning facility that you can depend on but LA Office Cleaners has made my job as a office manager a little bit easier. They are dependable and do a great job.

Im so glad I called LA Office Cleaners to clean the new office we moved into. With my concerns with COVID I was nervous about hiring someone to clean everything instead of doing it myself. I don’t practice posting reviews but it was necessary. I usually practice getting 3 quotes and LA Office Cleaners wasn’t the lowest but I’m confident that their services surpass mediocre by far. It started with the call. Who said customer service doesn’t exist these days. Call them and find out what that means. They asked the right questions for my needs and made it happen. It wasn’t a compromise. Once they finished the main floor and two offices which we had originally agreed they suggested two other services and so glad I accepted. Thank you very much I will not contract anyone else. Call them you won’t regret a thing

The amount of value LA Office Cleaners brings is unmatched. The quality of their work is top tier and I could not recommend them enough. Their professionalism cannot be understated and I would suggest them to anyone.

Just tried this company for the 1st time and they are FABULOUS. well worth the money. Everything we asked to have cleaned was taken care of exceptionally well. Really happy with the wonderful service.

If I could give NO stars, I would. The owner has made mistakes repeatedly. I gave specific instructions for the past several months. My only requests were to not send a male, or people that speak only Spanish, as I'm Chinese and only speaks English.

Yet every time this happens, he has an excuse that the ladies were sick or that his assistant made the mistake. I've been having them clean my apartment since 6/23/2022, and yet every month, he does this. Even when I've let him know the instructions since then.

I'm very patient. Today he sent only Spanish speaking ladies again. Then to make matters worse, he told the CLEANING LADIES TO LEAVE, and NOT TO CLEAN MY APARTMENT, now leaving me in a bind.

Please NEVER USE this cleaning service. I've been a loyal customer and the owner does this to me. Extremely unprofessional to order the cleaning ladies to leave and not clean my house. I now have to find other cleaners to do so either today or tomorrow. I was preparing for Chinese New Year on Saturday, and this is the treatment I get.

He ordered the ladies to leave my apartment and NOT CLEAN it, 5 minutes after I called him to say I was upset he didn't follow my instructions again. I'm beyond upset and I will let everyone that I don't recommend this service. I have never in 14 years ever experience something like this.

PLEASE DON'T ENGAGE THIS SERVICE. Customers are always right and this shows a lack of respect. He could have said, we'll clean it this time, and offer a $10 discount. I would have been fine. But instead, he ordered the ladies to leave.

I was speaking with them, and because he was on the phone with them, they took their cleaning products and left without a good bye, nor reason why.

So, for those reading this, know that the owner acts in this way, when people are unsatisfied for any reason. I'm so angry. When I indicated I would write a negative review on Yelp, he said go ahead, then ordered the ladies to leave.

UPDATE: The owner just called me racist, which is another indicator of how unprofessional and disrespectful he is. Unbeknownst to him I'm in HR, so I am never biased. I recruit candidates from LATAM, which means I have no bias against anyone.

I just need people who are cleaning my place understand what I need to be cleaned. If I can't communicate my needs, then that's difficult. The ladies had to use Google Translator on their phones.

In fact, I just engaged another cleaner and made them aware of the situation. Of all things, they apologized for my experience, and are sending me cleaners by tomorrow.

PLEASE DON'T USE THIS SERVICE! This is the WORST experience I've ever had.
