It’s very difficult to find not just a good housekeeper that not just cleans. But someone that does deep cleaning and most importantly someone you can trust. I highly recommend Emi and her team. Outstanding and very satisfy with the job well done.

Emy has been wonderful for keeping my home clean and tidy. She did a deep pre-move in cleaning and then regular maintenance cleanings. Robert responded to my house the day I called and assessed the situation. He showed up the following day and fixed the issue quickly. Highly recommend Robert and will call him again for any future sprinkler/irrigation issues.

Robert did a great job and was very professional in his analysis . Measured the static pressure of my problem station and pressure of all the heads. Figured it all out with a solution that reduces the total gpm of the station so it has enough pressure to operate. Would hire again for any sprinkler issues. Note: I spent 20+ years in the landscape industry so I know the right stuff when I see it. Robert is the right stuff!

Robert was very responsive and was able to come out to replace a sprinkler controller and two broken sprinkler heads within a couple of days. He was informative, thorough, and completed the work quickly.

Samuel / Robert was willing & able to come out on incredibly short notice to help locate a shut off valve and replace the sprinkler valves. Incredibly obliged as I did not have the strength to turn that old system.

Robert corrected an irrigation electrical problem that another contractor ( D. S. Landscaping )that I paid big $$$ for that never operated because of shorts in the system among a myriad of other issues.
Robert had to retrench, drill through retaining walls and install a complete electrical line to the existing system.
As far as demeanor , like a previous review dinged his rating from a phone call , I 'd rather have a not so slick demeanor but have skill and experience and an operating irrigation system.
My biggest regret was not hiring Robert in the first place. We are fortunate to have a local Simi resident that you can trust , will get the job done right.

Robert has been to my home twice to locate outdoor water leaks --- and was very helpful. Have a large property and super challenging to find leaks. On the second trip he had a sense from meter readings that it was a simple valve leak and suggested we have gardener check before we do a deeper and more expensive dive. Robert came out within a few hours of our phone call. He fixed our sprinklers. He also fixed a leaky faucet that had been bothering us for a long while within 5 minutes. He really knows his stuff. We highly recommend him.

Mr Walker was able to come out on short notice and fix a faulty sprinkler valve. While he was here he fine tuned the other valves and tested everything to make sure the system would operate smoothly for many more years. I definitely recommend him!

I had a few leaking sprinkler valves and found Robert when searching on google. I called him and he picked up first try and was able to come in a few hours.
