HVAC reviews in Simi Valley, California

My AC system started blowing warm air during a heat wave. I called 10 places. Some didn't answer the phone at all, some required that I text, and some had me leave a message.
Jeff answered the phone on my first call, told us he'd come about 3 hours later, showed up at the scheduled time, and not only diagnosed my system, but, knowing what the most common issues people were having, had a stash of the necessary parts in his truck and fixed my system within minutes. Others were just barely starting to call me back and were offering to come 3 days later or have me pay double for a same day visit (they wanted more for the service call than I paid for the whole repair/part included). I can't say enough how relieved I was to have cold air blowing again with 4 panting dogs in the house on a 106 degree day!

I contacted All Valley Air (AVA) about an A/C compressor move. Jeff came out to scope the project. He thoroughly checked out the layout and made some suggestions for an improved outcome. I was impressed by his professionalism. The project was completed without a hitch and in a timely manner. I have no hesitation to use AVA again.

Able to schedule a repair appointment on a Friday afternoon for a Saturday morning. Technician showed on time, diagnosed issue with AC compressor, fixed issue for short term and gave me options for long term cure

Installed a heat pump water heater and removed old gas powered water heater.
