David has kept my ac ice cold for several years now. My adu conversion had the drain lines installed incorrectly by a contractor that wouldn't fix the issue and would make the water backup and drip inside. I was worried about the water damage and the cost to replace the drain lines. David came and installed pumps on the wall that solved the problem with a very minimal cost. Myself and my renter couldn't be more pleased with the service we get from paradise heating and air. Dont miss out on their friendly and fair service.

One of the hottest weeks of the year and our AC stopped AC’in🥵 David was working at a neighbors home and I asked him if he had time for me. He didn’t even hesitate to just come over. After just a few min he knew exactly what the issue was. 15 min later our unit was up and running. Fortunately for us we’ve not needed AC repair until now. No doubt we will be calling Paradise Heating & Air.

Hottest weekend of the year so of course my A/C went down. Called Paradise late in the afternoon on Saturday and they came by an hour later. Assessed the situation, identified the problem, and then fixed the problem very quickly. Bam, the cold air is blowing again! Very reasonable rates. Recommend these guys for sure.

Our AC was still running, but we noticed it was on continuously without getting down to the temperature we set the thermostat at. After contacting David, he quickly figured out a time to stop by our house that worked with our availability (in the evening after getting home from work) to figure out the problem. It turned out we had a refrigerant leak. He could’ve just told us we needed a whole new HVAC system and charged us 11-12k, but he also gave us a couple lower cost options. We went with the option of refilling the refrigerant and he put in some anti leak stuff. I am so appreciative that he gave us this option, because some other big expenses had come up in our life recently, and I couldn’t imagine also having to spend 11-12k right now. This will buy us some time until we have that huge expense. And if we do end up needing a whole new HVAC system within 1 year, then the money we already spent will be used as a credit towards that. That’s so nice! Great customer service! He refilled the refrigerant, stopped the leak, and also did a deep clean of the condenser all in a timely and professional manner. I appreciate his help so much, and I highly recommend him to others!

My house was getting up to 85° this weekend and we were dying. I sent him a message yesterday and they were here first thing this morning and had the problem diagnosed within 15 minutes. He clearly explained to me what was wrong with my ac unit and presented me with a couple different options to fix it. I was so impressed with the service I received. I always prefer to take my business to a family owned business instead of a corporation and they did not disappoint. They were so thorough and did such a great job. They were honest and reliable and while I hope I never have to see them again IF I do they are the only company I will call. Thank you again for getting my ac fixed so quickly!!!
