We thought it was just the fan that stopped working, but the tech went out to take a look but the whole unit needed to be replaced. He was very professional and honest with us from the start so we went ahead with the service. I'm very pleased with the service they provided us with and with this heat we are staying very cool in our home, thanks guys!

Air King techs were prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with. I hired them to do an annual checkup for my two AC units and they quickly identified and repaired some minor issues at a reasonable cost. Having one guy in the attic and the other checking out the outdoor units is more efficient and ultimately saves time for the customer. I've been looking for AC guys who are trustworthy people in addition to being skilled workers and I'm relieved to have found Air King.

Anthony did a fantastic job repairing our heater. He inspected the heat exchanger, replaced a damaged sensor, and made sure the airflow was balanced. Our house warmed up fast, and the unit sounds quieter now. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Craig with Air King is a true professional. We had water leaking from our indoor unit in the attic, and I feared the worst. Craig went up there, diagnosed it quickly, and found it was just a severely clogged condensate drain line. He used a special tool to flush the line completely and checked the drain pan. He explained how to maintain it going forward. Honest, fast, and very clean work.

I had a great experience working with Andy and his team at L & O. From the start, they were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Andy took the time to really walk me through my HVAC system, explaining everything in a way that actually made sense, which I really appreciated.

We tried getting help today when a rat got into our AC unit, the women on the phone was not helpful when talking to my elderly grandmother... when we left a voice message this morning to call us back to verify what my grandmother was told... no one got back to us.... and now it’s Friday night after 7:00pm.
I’m not impressed by the customer service... disappointing... would’ve appreciated call back.

Replaced my evaporators at a reasonable price. I went up in the attic and checked out their work. Well done. No mess. Would gladly use them again.

My thirty year old A/C unit blew up in late June. The heat was already upon us and I needed a solution fast. I was expecting the worst when I started dialing for quotes, and sure enough some other A/C businesses were jacking up prices. One national chain quoted me an outrageous price. I was depressed.
