I called Keith about a renovation issue that had my AC not working.. short story had to run new line.. at first Keith was knowledgeable and told me I could be able to run the cable myself and re connect.. Thought get he told me what to look out for and what to do over the phone..

BUT, when I couldn't get it work I called him back.. he said it wasn't worth a charge of 75 bucks to come look at it and see where I went wrong.. and didn't want to come out..

I would never use this guy.. nor would I recommend him to anyone..

Live in Simi prefer to spend my money with businesses in Simi. Keith should up quicker then I was ready fixed my problem at a very reasonable price and did not try to sell me on something I didn’t need. Highly recommend him.

Dave, the technician who saved me, was amazing. In July we needed a new rooftop condenser and a new coil. He got a crane out and had it all done in a day. In November my heater would not come on Dave figured out it was the thermostat failed and he replaced it minutes. Way to go Dave!

Very very happy with Keith. First, He came right out to look at the problem on a Fathersday. He worked with me on ways to fix the problem and was at a very fair price. He got it fixed right away, did not even have to wait for availability. Got me and my family cool ASAP. What a pro! THANKS Keith!!

I did a lot of research on the internet looking for a good Air Conditioning/Heating company in Simi Valley, CA. I decided on Keith Heating and Air Conditioning because of the ratings and good reviews written on Google. He lived up all the great rating he has been given. He was on time, knowledgeable about what the problem was with my air/heater unit. He replaced only the parts that needed to be replaced, which was a circuit board for the air/heat & I had a clogged PVC pipe trap that needed to be cleaned out because it was causing water to drip. He saved me a lot of money by not trying to tell me I needed a whole new unit. I will differently refer him to anyone who is in need of having work done on the Air Conditioner/Heater.

Keith is a very personable professional. Other than doing a great job on the major job we requested, he checked several other items for free and gave awesome advice on things I can do myself to save energy, make things more efficient and stay cool during the summer. I can't ask for a better expert.

Ayden and Cody came to our home and diagnosed what was wrong with our central air unit within a few minutes. They had the replacement fuse and capacitor in their truck. They are extraordinary young men!

Dave, the service tech from Keith H & AC, fixed my heating system today. After crawling in my attic and discovering damage caused by rats, he immediately found the cause of the problems and replaced the necessary parts. I am extremely pleased with how quickly he responded to my service request and even more so with the end result, and very reasonable fee!

Keith is like an old world master craftsman. He has the attitude that a job is not just a means to a paycheck but an opportunity to achieve perfection. Because of this he charges a fair price and does quality work. He is training a young man also who seems to understand Keith's devotion to the craft and has the same desire to do the job right, not just good enough. Either of these men will serve you well.

Contacted Keith in the late afternoon. I didn't expect such prompt service. He was at my house 45 minutes later. He diagnosed the problem with my external AC Condenser and had it repaired and working 45 minutes later . What he charged me was very reasonable and I would gladly do business again. I will tell my friends about him.

Keith did the initial inspection of the HVAC system before we bought our home in Simi Valley in 2014. From the moment I met him I knew I had found our HVAC "guy". He gave us a no nonsense and practical assessment of the system in the home, and what was right and wrong with it.

Fast forward a year later (2015) and our AC system had run out of refrigerant. He mentioned that most likely this would happen again if there was a serious leak and suggested a low-cost sealer as an experiment to avoid replacing the entire system.

In 2016, the same situation happened again with the refrigerant, and Keith basically told us, you can try to find the leak with your existing system which is costly, or just replace it. We opted to replace both our air conditioners with Keith HVAC, who gave us a great deal. One was ancient so it was time. He fixed everything that needed fixing from the initial inspection way back in 2014 and we have been smooth sailing since then.

We use Keith, our friends use Keith, and YOU should use Keith too... Period.

I will mention also that Keith and his team are EXTREMELY responsive, always. In a pinch you are never waiting or hoping for a call back. Seriously good customer service.

Keith and his service was really great! Our AC wasn’t working on one of the hottest days and he showed up on a very short notice. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Most of all he did not try to upcharge us. Would recommend this service to anyone!

My father's heater went out a week before Christmas and Keith was quick to respond. He showed up exactly when he said he was going to and fixed the problem quicker than I thought it would be. Keith was extremely thorough and honest about what was going on and wasn't just out to make a dime. My father has had the same thermostat since '64 when the house was built, turns out it needed to be replaced.

Keith responded promptly to our call. Our tenants had reported the AC not working again even after a technician from another company was called and did not do what they charged us for and suggested bogus additional repairs. Keith inspected the unit and quickly reported that the unit was working properly and no additional repairs were needed. Honesty is the only way. We will definitely use Keith again.
