Service heroes was awesome, so glad we found them! After 2 companies showed up and said I needed to get the whole system replaced, I finally contacted my manufacturer and they referred me to service heroes. They were able to schedule me the next day, showed up in the window,. They explained to me that there was room for improvement with my system design but said they could fix it rather than replace it because I didn't have the money for a new unit. I didn't feel like I was under the gun with them. They basically explained that my unit wasn't the right size for my house but they were able to get it up and running so I can now save up to get the proper size unit soon!

I recently had a new Goodman AC system installed by Service Heroes, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.
Justin, the owner, took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood my options without any pressure. The installation was completed on schedule, and they left everything clean and tidy—no mess left behind. The new unit is working perfectly, and I can already feel the difference.

My AC was leaking water onto my roof so I had Service Heros come out. Justin was great he stepped through the problems with my AC. Basically, my AC was on the verge of death. I decided it was time to replace it. Justin and his team (Joe and John) were wonderful, they were professional and got the job done. At each step Justin gave me a run down of the items being completed and if I had any questions or concerns he would address them. Also I have to say the customer service is top notch, very responsive. That in my book seals the deal, when a company is that responsive you know they will take care of you.

Joe and Wally did a wonderful job on our heating and air repair! Arrived right on time, were knowledgeable, and cleaned up their spaces. Thanks, Justin, for sending them to us! Really great family company! I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Recently had a stand alone Mini Split Air Conditioner installed by John and Joseph, they were fantastic. Very knowledgeable, arrived on time, and they left no mess behind. Justin is a hero! He spent 3 hours servicing my entire system for $70! Justin is communicative, honest, knowledgeable and hard working. He identified a potential issue with my blower which ended up being the result of a previous bad service. They tried to oil sealed beating which doesn't work. Justin let me blow and clean the blower mirror assembly which made it run like new. He also measured and identified an off limit capacitor which I replace myself from Amazon for $10. Justin also cleaned up my AC outside unit and checked the caps there. My system is now checked, cleaned and running like new thanks to these guys. I highly recommend them. Just make sure you do your homework and take your time to understand if there are truly any potential issues that need fixing especially if your units are on the older side. I opted out of the coil cleaning service as it is too expensive and not worth in my opinion. All and all, great guy.

I have been going from one electric company to another for the past 4 years. It has not been a good experience. Then I found Service Heroes and I am beyond happy! I had an entire central air system put in replacing the old system I had. This company is the BEST! They were very customer friendly, which is hard to find in these days, and very knowledgeable, polite, and on time. When the work was completed the room and the outside was spotless! Joseph did all the work and he is awesome. The owner is Justin and he is amazing. Service Heroes is going to be the ONLY electric company I ever call again. I will recommend them to everyone! And did I say, the price was spot on great!
