As always the technicians that work for Integrity Comfort Systems are stellar!! Troy came by and diagnosed my nightmare HVAC system and fully explained what was happening to cause the issues. Never using jargon and willing to repeat all the technical stuff no matter how many times I ask. I've used this company a couple times so far and they always deserve a shoutout due to how amazing they are. I have a nightmare house and they always bring excellent service!!

I just replace my air conditioning system with Integrity Comfort System. I am happy that I chose this company to replace my ac unit. I want to mention that I previously met with many air/ac companies who provided me quotes but for some reason, I was not convinced or trusted what they offered. From the time I called Integrity Comfort System to the completion of the project, the staff demonstrated an outstanding service, knowledge and transparency. I was impressed by Steven’s knowledge, experience and professionalism. I felt confident to move forward with the installation because he explained to me in great detail what was involved in the installation process, price and warranties of the ac unit. It was a smooth process, not pushy at all, and nothing was hidden. I want also to thank the installation team, Jared, David and Mike for their excellent quality of work and professionalism.

Troy called ahead when he was on his way, and once he arrived, he was incredibly helpful. He clearly explained why my gas furnace hadn’t been running due to a potential safety hazard, and walked me through what needed to be done to fix the issue so our home could be safe and warm with winter approaching. They did not charge me a dime!

Speak about Integrity, this company has a lot of it! They were such experts and checked to see if I had a warranty on my heater and I did, which saved me tons of money. The professionalism can't be matched and I am referring this company to everyone I know!

I was very pleased with Integrity. They came out talked with us and tried to see if a repair was possible. The cost of repair was over the amount needed on a 20 year old system. They put in new HVAC and never pressured us one bit. Michael was professional always allowing us to think and ponder what we should do. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for repair or replacement. There is no pressure to make a decision, and they are willing to answer and return calls promptly. They were a blessing to my family and I had 12 companies come out and all of them kept bad mouthing companies and product. A/C Technician arrived promptly same day service and notified us when in route. Estimates provided were detailed and called out parts to be replaced and work to be completed. Our system is older and will eventually be phased out. We were glad to get an early seasonal maintenance check so we have time to decide on moving forward with needed repairs of our existing HVAC system or schedule a review with Integrity Comfort Systems and get pricing for a complete HVAC system upgrade. The experience was professional.

The crew that installed our new furnace were professional and courteous. They worked well together and wasted no time. The installation is very tidy and and they cleaned up well when finished. I definitely recommend Integrity Comfort Systems for HVAC services.

Three months after install and I called to have the system balanced. Mike came out just a couple days later. I’m sure he thought it would be a quick but it turned into a bit more than expected. However, he persevered and the system is working really well now. Thanks again to a great team.

I can happily report on the service and multiple interactions I have had with Integrity Comfort Systems. A little less than 1 year ago they installed 2 furnaces and a tankless water heater in my home. We had several different companies give estimates. Integrity’s was not the cheapest, but Stephen Carrasco immediately made us feel comfortable and secure with choosing them. They have not failed to reward us for our choice. They have returned 2 or 3 times for check-ups and adjustments quickly and with no hesitation. I also remember Julie and Jared were extremely helpful. It is uncommon to be as happy as we are, but Integrity Comfort Systems was a great choice for our big job. They handled themselves with professionalism and great humanity. I would quickly call them for future needs and recommend them unreservedly to my friends and family.

Integrity Comfort Systems was amazing! They worked fast and for a good price. Our heating system stopped working on one of the coldest nights. They immediately sent someone out to run a diagnostic. Alejandro was the one who helped us and he was amazing! They expedited our order for parts and he was back out in 24 hours to fix it so we wouldn't keep freezing! Thank you again so much!

I am so happy with Integrity comfort systems. Needed a new a/c compressor real quick because our townhome went into escrow. Diego and Josh came out and repaired it and also fixed some vent pipes on the heater unit as well. They were fantastic and proffessional.

On time, good communication before appointment and during the scheduled appointment. Steven listened to what had been done to our HVAC system in the past and gave good advise and recommendations for future repairs/updates. He mentioned adding a surge protector to our system and helped us to realize a past repair was done incorrectly, wrong size Capacitor was installed.

Called Alpine and a man by the name of Mike came out that same day when it was 100 out!! He got my AC back up and working in no time and I thank him for that because having a newborn and dealing with this heat is no joke!! Alpine is very reasonable and professional.

The best family owned business and great customer service. Mike put it a new AC for me and new duct work and cleaning. Not only was he honest on what unit to get etc he had affordable labor and was professional. The unit is more streamlined than a traditional unit and glad he pointed out that one would look better and more flush on side of my house. I had trouble with my mini split AC leaking refrigerant. I had difficulties in the past with people even answering the phone but not with Alpine. Mike was very thorough in identification of the source of the problem and repair. He went above and beyond what we initially agreed upon was the scope of work. If you are looking for quality and someone who is willing to spend the time needed to fully address the underlying issues, I highly recommend that you call Alpine.

Michael dropped in and did some maintenance on my air conditioner, which had a few problems with it. He was kind and helped educate me on how best to care for my specific setup. Great and personable service!

This company is family own. The owner is Ron and his son who is mainly taken over is Michael. They worked on our commercial fridge at my old job. They are very professional, reliable and fully trust. They are very knowledgeable and experts at what they do. Ron and Michael are very kind and will give you the best service . They go above and beyond. Whenever they come to the school to service our fridge the kids love them. You are in great hands when you call them and you will feel so safe and will get the job done.

I had Service Heroes Install a new Heating and Ac System in my new Home and we couldn’t be happier with the level of Service we received, The System works perfect. John, Joeseph and Kody were on it!
