Requested quote for AC unit replacement via email heir website. Julie responded within a few hours and was very pleasant and helpful. Steven arrived at my home within 24 hours of requested visit, based on my schedule. Steven was very thorough, helpful and patient. Checked both my units and confirmed my suspicions of the need to replace my older unit. He examined both units, looked at equipment in (very hot) attic and presented a very clear summary and verbal proposal to adress my needs. They are currently being carefully considered based on their apparently competitive bid. I strongly recommend speaking with h Julie and having Steven do the evaluation, inspection and proposal if you need a professional, helpful and competitive bid for your AC work.

I had another opportunity to use Integrity Comfort Systems for a new AC system on a rental house. They were quick to respond and very easy to do business with. The install is scheduled and I look forward to the results.

Troy King was very professional and knowledgeable about the HVAC system and did a great job doing a service and inspection…!! Very pleased with his friendliness and competency…!! I would definitely recommend this company for HVAC service, maintenance and any repairs…!!

Our heating stopped mid-morning and Integrity Comfort came out mid-day to fix the problem. The issue was diagnosed quickly and heat was back on less than three hours after I made the call. The tech was courteous and knowledgeable.

We used Integrity Comfort Systems to put our AC system in. I called and scheduled an appt to get back on my service rotation with them. Josh was the service technician that responded and he was so professional and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection and brought my system back to tip top condition! Thank you so much. I use their service initially and have now used them for ongoing maintenance. They have been excellent. I had a different technician this time and he was just as amazing as the first one. They go above and beyond to be professional and courteous. In addition, they will get the job finished regardless of the time and do it very professionally. I do not feel like I was ever being sold. Something I didn’t need or being told something that was incorrect. After using multiple companies before these are by far the best experiences I’ve had. I would highly recommend them to anybody without reservation.

This was the best experience I've ever had with HVAC companies. From the comprehensive explanation of the new electric heat pump from Steven, which would replace my old, leaking, noisy gas system then Jared and his crew worked incredibly hard installing it, solving problems that inevitably arise with an older home. They were punctual, respectful and really considerate, leaving me with a far superior heating/AC system. Integrity has a service plan for maintenance which I will get. It's nice to have faith in a company!

Our Friends at Integrity are all great. They are helping us get all the life we can out of an old system. We had Michael come to give a quote for a new heat system and the possible addition of ac. He was thorough and knows his job. We were so impressed with him that we went with Integrity Comfort Systems and did not schedule any additional companies to bid on our project. We feel this company is far superior to the rest.

Both Josh and Chris did an incredible job! They were called out last minute as sub contractors for a job that another team messed up the HVAC on accident (electrical). They spent two full days troubleshooting shooting, calling part shops, driving across cities, and working with the project manager to ensure me and my family were taken care of. They didn’t have to do all that work as the were subs and not getting direct approval from me, but they were dedicated and beyond thorough with everything. I am truly grateful for their hard work and efforts, and they even had a few curve balls thrown at them and had to replace the entire furnace. Will 1000% be using them going forward for as long as I’m able to.

Excellent experience doing business with Integrity! Initially called them for a repair, knowing that our existing 22+ year old system was going to need to replacement sooner than later, and I already did a fair amount of research in to companies and cost estimations before they arrived. The tech/rep that came out took the time to go over all the repair/replace options with minimal sales pressure so we ended up replacing everything.

The crew came out the next week and due to an inventory shortage installed a more efficient (and expensive) dual fuel heat pump system at no additional cost.

The install was not without hiccups, but the company made good on everything that was promised and we are very satisfied with the results.

Keep in mind that replacing an entire HVAC system IS NOT INEXPENSIVE, but there are only a few things in life where you cannot put a price on something that impacts your health, comfort and safety.

This company is amazing and has great prices. I have them work on all three of my locations for my company which is called better Mattress and the service my homes as well.
