Jimmy performed an excellent job coming out to service the air conditioner. He flushed the drain line, tested the voltage, and cleaned dirt from the condenser. As a result, our system is much quieter and cooler now.

A flush was performed on the drain line, the levels of refrigerant were verified, and both coils were examined. He was kind, productive, and did not leave any mess behind. Service that is reliable and trustworthy from Pacific Coast Heating & AC Repair Simi Valley.

James came out to service the air conditioner, and he was quite efficient. In addition to flushing the drain line and checking the voltage, he cleaned the condenser of any dirt. As a result, our system is much quieter and cooler now.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this company. Most recently, Harry came out to fix our AC and he was just amazing. He was polite, knowledgeable, and very focused. He diagnosed the issue, explained the problem thoroughly, and completed the repair quickly. He even gave us maintenance tips. I really appreciate how this company combines quality work with great customer service.

A/c unit was not blowing cold air anymore so needed maintenance. Scheduled appt online and Was notified via text when service tech would be at my house. I got a call from Julie stating the tech was close and could be at my house sooner. Great! Jared showed up. Was here about 45 minutes checking out the equipment. I found out my unit was 30 years old and would cost a couple thousand to fix. I asked about pricing for a new system and he said he was going to call the office to have someone come to my house. Mike showed up about 20 minutes later. Checked out the equipment and saw pictures/got info from Jared also. He went over options and I was happy to here they offered financing. Chose the system and was approved for the install. Mike was quick to get install appointment the following week. A 4-man crew showed up on time and worked hard on getting it installed and tested correctly. They were so careful every time going in/out the door not to let my dog out. They placed covers on the floor and on their boots. Very professional honest company and highly recommend to all!

Troy did a phenomenal job again. He's so kind and caring and you can tell that he puts that into his work. I couldn't be happier with the service. The company is also very efficient.

Mike was great. He spent a lot of time explaining the benefits of different A/C systems and he was very knowledgeable and accommodating to my questions.

Josh was on time and quickly confirmed that there is no filter at the air handler. He also fixed a small leak on one of the ductwork hoses. Great service from the call to schedule to the work performed. I highly recommend this Integrity Comfort Systems.

My husband and I are in our 80's and when our A/C quit cooling we were frantic. We contacted Integrity Tuesday and Mike came out on Wednesday. He took the time to explain what was going on.
He fixed the problem and was professional, knowledgeable and so kind! He certainly is an asset to Integrity.

I had a nightmare installation done by bad contractors causing a brand new unit to breakdown with every error in the book. Diego did an excellent diagnosing the machine in 100+ degree weather. He was meticulous and went through every possible issue. Unfortunately the damage done caused the job to drag out but Diego continued working. I had a previous technician out from another company and even though I paid for their service it’s clear that I should’ve gone with Integrity Comfort Systems to begin with. I highly recommend this company. Everything is inspected and documented and then very clearly explained to me so I could understand the journey we’re now on. Great job. I will return should any other issues arise.

We had to have a new AC system installed and had a tech come out (Steve) and he was different then most of the other companies who were somewhat pushy. He was very polite and gave us several options and he also explained everything from how the system works to all the parts. They also have financing with no interest for 48 months which we needed. The Techs were also professional and very courteous they did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Steven the technician was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He came to give me a "free of charge" estimate of my Goodman furnace problem. I didn't received the estimate yet,-but strangely enough the furnace is working at this time.

Quick, knowledgable, and friendly service! Nothing like having your Air Conditioner die out in the hottest week of the year. After reviewing the issue Integrity Comfort Systems was able to get the AC working temporarily but it turned out it needed more work. They offered multiple repair options and within a few days the final repairs were complete. I will definitely use them again if the need arises in the future.

So I had an AC unit installed a month ago and I heard a little noise coming from the condenser called integrity comfort system and they sent out Diego and Josh who showed up right on time. Heard the noise and took care of it. Very happy.

Chris and Integrity Comfort are amazing. They installed an air purification system to our HVAC unit to make our house safer and cleaner for our family. They also did a system check and tune up on our system to ensure it was all operations properly. They can do it all. They have always been on time, they send text updates on exactly when they will be there and when they are gone you will not even know they were there other than the great service that was done. The experience with Josh was fantastic! The A/C unit stopped working on a Sunday night, and it was a relief that they sent a technician really quickly. Josh was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Josh explained the problem and options. The repair was done efficiently, and the cost was reasonable, especially given the quick turnaround. They are highly recommended for their honesty and reliable service!

I’m very satisfied with Integrity Comfort Systems. Top notch company with great talent. Michael was fantastic, he offered some temporary solutions, but due to the age of my system I opted to have everything replaced. Michael quickly provided several options, and I was scheduled for installation within a few days.

On install day, Jerod and crew (sorry brother, I completely forgot your name!) arrived promptly and got busy. They managed to get the old out and everything new installed and running in 7 hours. Attention to detail was evident and everything was left cleaner than when they arrived.

Next day I noticed severe condensation throughout the system and called. Julie immediately dispatched a tech out. The issue was identified and corrected (Thank you Diego!). Problem was due to a compatibility issue with Nest V3 thermostats working with ACPRO condensers, which I elected to keep prior to installation. Diego installed a temporary thermostat to get the system working as expected. Michael came out a few days later and installed my thermostat of choice. System is working perfectly.

Again, top notch company. I will be doing business with them from here on out. I highly recommend their services.

The technicians Diego and Josh were excellent. Extremely well informed and explained everything step by step so i could follow what needed repairs. The office could’ve been better about communicating with me though.. which is why I took off a star. But all in all, I would still recommend the company.

Michael, of course, was beyond awesome when he worked so hard to design the new AC unit for our son’s home. We so appreciated all that he did and the extraordinary effort during the installation to make it perfect.

What truly makes a company great is the service post installation that we can count on. Josh has been wonderful. The first service with Josh was the regular service and a baffle adjustment. The second visit from Josh and Diego was to make another baffle adjustment for the primary bedroom to balance the temperature. We so appreciated their expertise and kindness. They both truly understand the medical necessity this system provides for our son.
