Fan wouldn’t respond to thermostat changes. They replaced the fan relay and it now works on all settings without delay.

Marcel is a fantastic mechanic. Very straightforward with quotes and pricing, friendly and understanding, patient and trustrworthy, and does top notch work! Always quoted me lower than all the surrounding shops, and always let me know what was wrong and how much things were going to cost before starting work. Service was always done in a timely manner, couldn't ask more from a local shop, very satisfied with every visit I've made (5 now I believe).

My oil pressure sensor ceased to work while on a family trip to the area. I was in a time crunch to leave town and H & M Auto Repair fit me in within 30 min and had me back on the road with a new, working oil sensor in just under an hour. Fast, accurate estimate and caring people. 5 stars!

I've been looking for a reliable and honest mechanic shop for years and I believe I have finally found one. This is the second time I have visited H&M and I am very impressed and pleased with the quality of work they do. Both mechanics, Stash and Manny, fixed my issue with honest opinions of what the problem could be. They are fairly priced and they are very friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this shop! Shout out to Marcel as well, he was very professional and considerate.

Been to H and M series eral times and they never fail to impress me. Super honest, fair and timely. Easy to work with and tells you truthfully what you is wrong.

I had my vehicle to the dealer with them telling something was wrong that just made no sense. Took it to Marcel at H and M and they said, no, little dirty but nothing wrong. Did not even charge me. There are plenty of times where I was charged for valid work and he always cane in with a fair price and his work is excellent!.

So if your looking for good, honest work, then this is the shop to go to.

Note: I have recommended this shop to many people now and they have all come back with the same positive experiences. The biggest being honest. If your vehicle does not need the work, he will tell you.

Straight forward, honest, fair and humble - Marcel, Mani and the guys do great work and stand behind their word. No surprises - they’ll keep you well informed and in the know of the how’s and why’s. I drive 120 miles and go out of my way because my family and friends trust and know we’ll get dependable, accountable service. To top it off - we always understand our car’s situation and are comfortable when we leave. Also, they’re friendly and even my kids ask to pickup/drop off our cars with us so they can say hi. It’s the kind of small business you want in a community you call home.

Curtis arrived on time. He was friendly and professional and was able to diagnosis and correct the problem in less than an hour. Will definitly use them again, when needed.

I have worked with Family Air as both in my position as a general contractor as well as at my own house. The work is always great and the pricing is very reasonable. The techs always arrive on time, are clean cut, are friendly, and do good work. As a retired general contractor who has spent over 45 years in the trade, I know good service when I see it.
