Late review from few weeks ago when it was cold . John and Joe installed a new heater and it went well from start to finish, they put drop cloths down in all work areas and work efficiently, the system was up and running by the end of the day and it works perfect, My wife, Kids, and dogs are happy and comfortably warm! I highly recommend these guys!

Service Heroes replaced my compressor. They did the work in a timely manor and it was much less than I expected. Justin went the extra mile and did some research and found my compressor was under warranty. Needless to say I was super happy to find this out. They arrived when they said they would and gave me a quick call before arrival.
The guy’s were really professional and left the area clean. They are coming to blow some insulation in for me this week. I highly recommend this company.

Service Heroes came out and serviced our HVAC system and switched our filters out .. they were punctual and professional and super friendly . They even put stickers on each unit with a QR code to scan to keep up with our services which was super cool and up to date with modern technology. We put the call in and they were able to schedule the service within the same week ... our AC was kicking after the service. Our heater was also kicking during the winter temperatures. I highly recommend this company and not to mention it's family owned and operated so that makes it that much better ... if you are in need of anything I highly recommend them... they had also serviced my condo a few years ago before we sold it and moved to Simi and they provided our insulation to cut down on the usage of our heater and AC unit ... they provide a number of services... you won't be disappointed by this company so if you are in need ... for sure give them a call!

I was in the middle of my kitchen remodel project when the cabinetry people said they couldn't install my kitchen stove vent hood, and told me I would need an HVAC company to install it. I called around in frustration, as so many companies don't know how... or simply won't do the job.
Service Heroes is EXACTLY what they are. I called them, and although my project was small and not the typical project they service, Justin was kind enough to understand my dilemma, and scheduled my vent hood installation the following Monday. The techs arrived on time, and were clean and respectful of my home. Most importantly, they were extremely knowledgeable about what they were doing. Service Heroes had my kitchen vent hood up and functional the same day. I would defiantly recommend them for any Air Conditioning or Heating (HVAC) project that needs the work to be done right.

My furnace stopped working 3 weeks ago when the temperature was hitting the low 40’s , called a couple companies to get an estimate and they suggested we change the whole unit :(, I the called Justin for a third opinion and he was great, explained to me the possible problem and even tried to troubleshoot my issue over the phone, me not being really handy couldn’t perform the task, so he told me he would be at my house in 30 minutes an he was here on time, he found the issue quickly and fixed in no time, he is really honest and knowledgeable, hands down the best experience, I’ll be recommending Justin to all my family and clients 🙏🏼

My heater stopped working days ago so I booked an appointment through their website. I became concerned when the technician did not arrive at the scheduled time. I called and spoke with Justin about my appointment, and he quickly discovered that an issue occurred with their online booking system, preventing a technician from arriving for several days.

What happened next truly amazed me. Justin showed genuine concern to find a solution to my issue, instead of simply telling me that a technician would be available at a later date, he requested pictures and videos of the issue I was experiencing. At the same time, he reached out to a friend to see if they were available to visit my home.

Justin provided me with screenshots and advice on how I could fix the unit myself. Although I'm not particularly handy, I decided to give his suggestions a try. To my delight, I was able to repair my heater within 15 minutes.

Justin's dedication to providing excellent customer service is remarkable and rare these days. He saved me at least $80-$120, and his genuine concern for addressing my issue during his own time is highly respectable. He has undoubtedly earned a loyal customer in me. It is no surprise why this company has a 5-star rating, and I will definitely call them the next time I have an issue with my unit.
