Keith was at my house 15 minutes after I called, diagnosed the problem with my Carrier Air Conditioner (failed circuit in the electronic controller) and replaced the controller the next morning. His price was excellent, his service was outstanding. He was responsive and got the job done with ease. I highly recommend him. He knows HVAC in and out and is a pleasure to interact with.

Keith was awesome. Our downstairs air conditioner stopped working in the middle of summer. He made sure to come out right away. When he got here, he was friendly, respectful and honest. He went well beyond the norm to identify and fix the problem, not to mention his charge was unbelievably reasonable!!

Called at 2AM on a Saturday with an AC problem and Keith came to look at it later that day. I was clueless about how the HVAC system works and what sort of maintenance was required. Keith and Ayden came to my home to help me with split ac unit. First of all they showed up on time, Keith was very educative and clear explaining everything about split ACs. I called them for a second opinion from a heavily advertised company who said I needed a new system or at least $2,500.00 wort of work. Keith's guys fixed the AC for $200.00. They found a small problem the other guys did not even address. I feel I got a great deal, an honest evaluation and job well done. They were clean and careful. They will be my guys to call from now on.

I was having AC issues, and of course it was on a 90 degree day. Called their number, spoke with a nice lady and received a call from Keith within the hour. Keith showed up about an hour after our call, which was huge. I had called two other companies, but Keith was by far the quickest responder, which is important on a hot day. He fixed the AC and went on his way.

Shortly after he left, the AC wasn't acting quite right. I called Keith to let him know, and he assured me that it wasn't a problem and he'll take care of it that day. Staying true to his word, he returned a couple of hours later to fix the issue. Within minutes, the AC was back up and running, and the issue turned out to be a cheaper problem than previously thought, so he gave me a credit to my bill! Very pleased overall and currently enjoying the ice cold air.

I'm so impressed!! On one of the hottest days of the year, I didn't expect anyone could even get to my house for a few days. I called at 2 pm today. I missed his return call a few times, called him back and he arrived at my house ready to help at 8:30 pm the same day! He fixed my issue and my AC works perfectly. Plus he offered easy maintenance tips to keep my system running efficiently. Keith is a true professional!!

On the hottest day of this summer, my 40 year old AC died. Called few places and I got CRAZY quotes. Then Jared from Keith heating called me and on the phone explaining my options. My old air conditioner was dying. I called Keith and he gave it CPR for over an hour but it didn’t make it!!!
Well, everything passes in due time and is replaced by a new generation!! Keith was able to get a new unit and install it by the next morning …
So the story goes on… after a week , I could not get the thermostat to work ( it died too) so consequently ….. no air and of course, the first heat wave had hit Simi! I called late afternoon and Keith and Ayden were there the next morning with a brand new thermostat!
I can’t even tell you how much I recommend this business!!!! Professional, experienced and friendly as all get out!!!
