Insisted cleaners be sent away before assessing the job and then declined after maids had left. Delayed final cleaning on a move out. Would never recommend again after this. Very poor customer service.

Had this guy clean my carpets 3 times in the past, and he screwed me on my move out cleaning. He was over booked, but said he had a cancellation and he could squeeze me in. I had merry maids there cleaning the upstairs when he got there, and he made them leave before they were done due to "insurance reasons". After he gets done giving me the bid and gets ready to start, he notices a water stain in front of the bathroom door. I tell him that some water from the shower out onto the floor there, and he immediately says "oh I can't do the job if there was water damage"
Really? Over a small water stain by bathroom door? This is after I move everything onto my bed, and have the maids leave. The guy multiple times hinted at rescheduling, as he was looking for an excuse to get out of the job, since he overbooked himself. I pleaded with him to stay since I only have one more day left until I turn in the Keys....but he leaves me hanging, giving me another company to call, hoping they can do it in 1 day. I can't get the maids back today, and the other company can't come till tomorrow. Now I'm in the same position of having the carpet cleaners and the maids they're on the same day...the last day of the month. Totally screwed me over, after being a repeat customer.

Buddy came out recently and did an outstanding job on the carpets. He was so thorough, informative, friendly and we felt like really cares. We will be calling him out every year for sure ! Highly recommend !!

Had Beale Carpet Cleaning out to my house today after my dog got sprayed by a skunk and rubbed himself over all the furniture and carpets in my house. They were able to take care of everything and the smell is gone! Really great job, I would highly recommend them :)

Everything was perfect from my first phone call to inquire about services till completion of cleaning & his ensuring that my front door was closed and locked behind him as he exited. Buddy arrived promptly at appointment time, explained the process and quoted a fair and reasonable price prior to beginning the work. Two hours later, my carpets look great! He even helped me move some furniture out to start, provided a fan to speed drying time & moved some furniture back into place and placed "Caution Wet Carpet" signs on the hard floors to help remind me that I could slip coming off the carpet into the kitchen. I will make a visit from Beale Carpet Cleaning an annual Spring cleaning must-do, as I cannot believe how dirty the carpets had gotten. I loved that he showed me a sample of the dirty water when he finished....

Great service and a pleasure to work with Buddy and his wife. Buddy arrived right on time and confirmed the price. Excellent communication regarding how the velvet/microfiber chairs would be cleaned and how they would turn out. The chairs, rug, and sofa turned out great! Will definitely use then again for future cleanings.

We’ve had Buddy clean our carpet for several years now and highly recommend him!
He’s honest, hardworking, and a genuinely nice guy. Best of all, our carpet looks and smells fantastic when he is done. Since we live on a small ranch with three dogs and a rodent killing cat, he always has plenty of mud and occasionally some gore to deal with and every year he makes our carpet look like new. Reasonable rates too!

They did a great job. Buddy is a very nice and thoughtful guy and really is passionate about his work. I was amazed at his wealth of knowledge about the science of what he does.

Give them a call in Sonoma Valley if you need your carpets, wood or synthetic floors, upholstery, or area rugs cleaned. I'm actually going to be having them pick up a few vintage rugs for cleaning in the near future.
