We recently used Walsh’s Chem Dry for the first time. They cleaned our carpets and an area rug that was looking rather faded/dull. We have 2 dogs (one of which is a puppy), and a cat, so had some pet stains and odors that needed treating as well. In addition, there were some strands of carpet that the cat had pulled up with her claws. They were able to carefully trim up the damaged areas and make them look new again. The area rug looks so much better and brighter, all stains were removed thoroughly and our carpets look and smell so fresh! Bonus that everything dried pretty quickly as well.
Matt (the owner) was very responsive and accommodating. His employee, Josh, that did the work was prompt, polite, extremely thorough. I highly recommend Walsh’s Chem Dry and will be using them for all our future carpet cleaning. Very impressed with their service!

I've used Walsh's Chem-Dry 2 times before and highly recommend using their services, especially if you are looking for a greener alternative for your carpets. Matt was the professional I booked with as well as the person who did the work. It had been a while since the carpets were cleaned and there were stains that looked permanent. Matt did deep spot cleaning and the carpets look fantastic! This is the rug cleaning service to use.

I gave Walsh's Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning a try several years ago after using another service and I've been with them ever since. With Walsh's, there is no residue left in my carpet. The service is quiet--no big trucks in my driveway with the motor running. Walsh's manager, Matt, is polite and does what he can to accommodate my erratic hours. The service is speedy and lasts far longer than other companies. Another plus is that this carpet cleaning is affordable and specials are often available on the website. The pet-cleaning service is especially good.

When I've tried other companies, the rugs never come out as clean. The service people are always professional, friendly, and efficient. They also give great advice for what to do--and not do!--when you spill something on the rug. I appreciate that there are always coupons on the website. I have used this company for over 10 years, and honestly their prices haven't changed much in that time...that is a real service to customers!
