Bradley is such a professional and has removed stains from carpets that are IMPOSSIBLE! Not only is North American Chem-Dry competent but most pleasant as well as they go the extra mile to please.

Bradley was awesome he takes pride in his work attention to detail,did miracle job.very polite and respects customer. I also spike to Kim with happy results.

Really disappointed, made an appointment for Saturday the 31st at 1pm. We moved all our stuff around to have our carpets cleaned, 1:15pm no one has shown up, i called and left a message, its now Monday afternoon and still no return call. This is a terrible way to run a business. Now calling someone else.

Brad and Jeff did a beautiful job cleaning and stretching our carpet and we appreciated how carefully they explained everything. They were polite, professional and friendly. Great job.

Oh my gosh! I would give them 10 stars if I could! We are renting a home and the carpet was DISGUSTING! They came and not only is the carpet back to white, they got all the stains out. They were extremely professional and friendly! Will be using them again to clean the carpets!

Highly recommend these guys. Mike was very flexible in scheduling. The technician showed up on time, did a very, very thorough job of cleaning our upholstery, and at the exact cost quoted.

Chem-Dry is our go to for apartment buildings or home. We are so pleased with the quality of their work surpasses anyone we've used in the pass. It's a no brainer and the carpets look so good and smell nice!

Both Mike, the owner, and Kim at North American Chem-Dry are super helpful and great to work with! You can tell they really care about their customers and business. I would definitely recommend them for carpet cleaning in the Sonoma area!

We've been using ChemDry for years now and have always been very happy with the service and quality we've received. Most recently, we had Mike work his wonders on a mohair sofa. We own a furniture store and refer ChemDry/Mike to any client who asks about upholstery cleaning.

Have used these guys for years and never disappointed. Jacob and Matthew did a great job on our apartment, hallway and laundry room carpets. Got stains out and looks so much better! Highly recommend North American ChemDry of Sonoma!

Mom had been in the hospital for a month, without a specific release date till the last minute, they literally squeezed us in for the next morning after being told of the situation, as having the house as decontaminated so to speak was a must. The tech even seemed to put a little more into his service knowing we were picking mom up later that afternoon. Knowing everything was clean with the carpet having an additional treatment they offer was a huge stress relief.

Do NOT recommend. We have a cream, textured leather sectional (2 years old.) The service man was very pleasant and cleaned several times after we pointed out dirty areas. I grabbed a baby wipe and cleaned dirt off my couch after he was done. Almost $500 for something my kids could’ve done. When collecting payment I expressed my concerns and how unsatisfied I was with their service. I offered to pay my invoice if they would come back and clean it again. They sent two men and one was the same man. And they wanted to charge me. They left without cleaning my sofa. Extremely disappointed in service and technique. FYI, They use a foam cleaner we can buy off Amazon.

Another wonderful job by another darling fellow wonderful technician at North American Chem Dry. The white carpet with severe pet stains looks like a new carpet. Everyone who works there is so good.

Just had my carpets cleaned yesterday and they look amazing. Both Bradley and the other gentleman (can’t remember his name!) were very nice and did a great job. I will definitely use this company again!

The customer service was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. The cleaning crew was also professional as well as efficient and thorough.
