Luck was on my side when I saw Bartlett Tree Service trimming trees in my neighborhood. I went over and spoke with Tani who gave me a business card. Immediately I called Matt Ho and scheduled a visit. A couple days later we walked around the property discussing the trees that needed work, while Matt made suggestions and explained how they focus on the health of the tree. One large Bay tree was blocking the neighbors view; Matt suggested lowering the canopy and thinning out the tree.

So, on Nov 3rd, the day came. Tani and Chris arrived, introduced themselves and then we walked around the property. I pointed out 2 Bay trees, 2 Chinese Pistache, 1 Black Pine and 1 Arbutus. Then they got to work, and they are hard workers.

It was a pleasure to interact with everyone at Bartlett. They're professional, friendly, courteous and have a sense of humor. I am very pleased with the job they did and my neighbor is very happy with the view!

I had to write this review because I am shocked and amazed about the quality of this service, in a good way! The estimator arrived on time for the appointment and was very professional. The crew did the same. The lead is someone with 14 years experience and really understands plants and trees, which is extremely important so as not to damage them.

I was impressed that they did not just drop limbs, but took them to the ground with a chain, so as not to smash the rest of the landscaping and solar panels.

They even cleaned up to the extent where I was happy with the appearance of my yard!

I have forever been impressed with the quality service Walsh's Chem-Dry delivers each and every time. Matt answered my crisis call, as our bathroom had flooded and soaked the carpet. In addition to the carpet, the flooding had leaked thru the ceiling downstairs- a true disaster! Within 2 hours, Matt had the carpet pulled up, padding ripped out, and dryers installed in both the upstairs and downstairs locations. He just returned to re-pad and reassemble the carpet to perfection. Incredible!

Matt saved me!!! New carpet and one big cup of coffee…. His team saved me. Called at 8am and they were there at 9:30. When done you couldn’t see the stain and or the smell of that big ole cup…. Eddie taught me what not to do if that was to happen again. Reliable, professional, and completely accommodating to my stressful situation. Reasonably priced.
