Great service from Scott Carothers, the Arborist, and Ramon, the tree crew Foreman. I was very pleased with the quality of work they did, and the extra mile they went to make sure that I was totally satisfied before they left the job site.

Our 6 trees had grown quite large and were in need of some serious structural work as well as shaping. The Bartlett team was up to the task! They walked me thru their plan for each tree before they started. They were all easy to talk to, and were happy to stop and explain what they were doing and answer all my questions as the work proceeded. They were very thoughtful about their approach with each tree, working smoothly and efficiently to reshape and strengthen each one for future health and growth. Each tree is now airier, structurally sound, and ready for spring. And they cleaned up completely afterwards, even using a blower to make sure every bit of debris and sawdust was cleaned up.
We are very happy with their work and the whole experience!

I used Bartlett Tree Experts to help with leaf curl on a pin oak, stump grinding and fertilizing of trees. The team was very professional, knowledgeable and clean. They will be back to spray the canopy of the trees in the winter/spring.

Steve Hegedus and his Arborist team responded promptly to my emergency with professionalism and expertise. He thoroughly explained how the branch sheared off our black oak and provided recommendations for its removal and reinforcement for the tree. His crew handled the complex removal with great care, safely extracting a massive branch--over 1'6" in diameter and 20' long--that had been suspended by a cable. The entire process was executed without damage to the surrounding landscape or nearby fence. They also ensured all debris was cleared, leaving the area spotless.

Based on my experience with Bartlett Tree Experts over the years, I found they take pride doing their work in a thoughtful, thorough,
and professional manner, while being mindful of costs to the ownership of the tree. I will continue to use Bartlett in caring for our trees.

I am really enjoying Bartlett's service. They provide me with reminders and handle the scheduling. This creates continuity of service and is one less thing for me to do/manage. I am appreciative of this small thing alone! They send text messages to let me know when they are coming and send me a bill via email. It is really easy for me to be a customer. Our tree is looking much better and it is because of this consistent care - and I am grateful for it!

Excellent work on our front and back yard trees, including a coast redwood, box elder, dogwood, crepe myrtle, two Japanese maples, and 2 Chinese Pistaches. The trees now have lovely shapes and balance, with no more dead wood to worry about. The lead for the crew was very experienced, and all three crew were professional, careful about the residential surroundings, and did a good job of clearing the debris. Also, Glenn, the arborist who was our first contact to look at our trees and estimate what needed to be done, impressed me with his knowledge and interest in the care of our trees. This company provided the most thorough and careful service we have had out of the 3 total tree services we have used here in Sonoma over the past 12 to 15 years or so. I will definitely use them the next time our trees need attention.

Nothing could have been done better. From the initial contact to the finished service, everything went smoothly and as expected. Bartlett Tree Experts delivered consistent with my expectations - our experience has been uniformly positive. Glenn Whitlock-Reeve is extremely professional - he listens, provides recommendations consistent with our requests, communicates both effectively and frequently, and assures his crews undertake the work to which we agreed (both before and after their work). He quickly updated our tree program as changes have been identified. Billing precisely matches the program quotes. Great service based on two visits to date.
