I’ve used this company every year for 3 years- each time they have great communication re timing, are professional, and most importantly, the techs take a moment to say hi to my pets in the house. Every. Time. They know how to treat different types of stains and always make my carpets feel so soft and look so much better!

I had an excellent experience with North American Chem-Dry. Kim in the office is very professional and helpful. She provided the documentation we required and scheduled our job easily. The crew were amazing. Bryan and Bradley did a great job. I highly recommend them for carpet and upholstery cleaning!

Mike and his team do an excellent job, they are 100% reliable and great to work with. I take advantage of their seasonal discounts and appreciate their willingness to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment, if needed.

Carpet is beautiful but most important is Eddie and his awesome character, you’re very fortunate to have him representing your company.

We were fixing up the front room of the house and realized the carpet was in dire need of a deep clean after 12+ years of living there. We are getting new furniture delivered, so we needed a same day appointment. We were able to get booked right away! We decided to do two rooms and a hallway since it had been so long since it was last cleaned professionally. After the cleaning, the carpets looked brand new and all of the stains were removed. Honestly, we didn't expect the carpets to be able to be recovered the way they were after all this time, and it was an amazing surprise. The person they sent over was professional, friendly and answered all my questions without hesitation. Will definitely use their services again in the future!

I thought our two foster puppies had completely ruined our carpet… if you get my drift…
Thankfully, Chem Dry came through and treated the carpet successfully and the puppy odor is completely gone. Yay!

the company is very professional....their work was excellent we did a walk about and found unexpected stuff that needed doing and the things that were talked about on the phone. I got an initial quote and was told I would have the option to look at unexpected things in the walk about!....at the walk about we did see a few things that I had not noticed..it is best to get the idea of cost of the areas at that time....before doing, this way you can decide if that is in your budget and you would really need it. I was satisfied and got what I needed it was about double the phone price after the add ons....work was terrific and very professional.... I was very pleased and would use them again!!

These folks know everything there is to know about carpets! They've cleaned our area rugs (which contained challenging pet stains), our carpet, our dining room chairs, and re-stretched the buckling carpet in our bedroom. We have been more than satisfied by their excellent service.

Had a great experience with North American Chem Dry! Rich came out for a relative's house I was helping with and did a nice job and worked hard! The carpets were a challenge and he got it done! The place looks nice and the smells are gone! This is a very personable company and they want to please. I had follow up phone calls to make sure I was happy with the job. I have used other Chem Dry companies before, and this is the one I am using from now on because of the great personable experience and dedication.

Had Chem Dry do are carpets and area rug and they did an outstanding job! Eddy from Chemtech took his time and treated every area with care and experience!
