Jake, the owner of MLTS is a certified ISA (International Society of Arboriculture) specialist, which means he has extra training and education. He’s not just a tree cutter. This is important for properly trimming trees so they stay healthy and ensuring there is no transfer of diseases from their prior job. It also means he takes his profession seriously, which was important for the eight oaks and five maples he and his team trimmed or removed. Those trees add value to our home, so we wanted to ensure they stay healthy for years to come. His advice was spot on, as was the work they did, and at a very competitive price. He was a pleasure to work with and they cleaned up exactly as promised. Highly recommended.

Called to set up an appointment to get an estimate for tree trimming on my property. The gentleman who answered stated they were 3 months out. I explained to him I was willing to wait but needed an estimate at least and he proceeded to say " they were not interested". Did not bother to explain why. Seems very unprofessional.

I have had Mother Lode Tree Service remove trees twice now, and both times have been great. This second time included trees going over the neighbors house, and one that went between power drops to our houses. Highly recommend!

During a overnight snow storm a cedar split blocking our driveway. Called Mother Lode Tree Service in the morning and they arrived within a few hours of my call. Clean, fast and safe the tree was cleaned up in no time. Highly recommended.

A client of mine tried to use another company, they were flakey and unresponsive and changed appts on us. They came out for an estimate and for weeks never gave us the results.
I called Jake he came out same day & had the bid to us quickly. We got on the books and joke done quickly, cleanly with no hang ups. They even kept us in the loop when they finished and cut the prices the right size for the fire place. There was no evidence of a slash pile at all when they were done and had cleaned up. Very impressed! They are kind and quick!!
