While the work was satisfactory and communication was prompt, I am dissatisfied with Faust’s handling of the pricing for the thermostat installation. After I provided a photo and description of the exact thermostat, they gave a quote. However, once we agreed to have the work done, they realized they quoted the wrong model and increased the price. Despite providing proof of their mistake, they refused to honor the original quote. I was able to buy the thermostat on Amazon for substantially less than they were quoting, but then they would not warranty the work. Given their failure to keep their word, I do not want to do business with Faust again.

I recently had a new high efficiency Furnace and A/C installed at my home. I appreciate the prompt communication with Jacy, to discuss the details of the process and the new equipment to be installed.. Shaun and the crew did a fine job on a somewhat challenging under house removal and install. I appreciate the customer service that Faust Heat and Air strives to provide. The new furnace heats the house nicely, and looking forward to the really cold air that was flowing during post install testing to cool the house during heatwaves....no longer will I be at the mercy of mother nature.

We built 2 new homes with Foust; brand new efficient heat pump systems. Matt and his team worked with us through all stages of construction, even assisted with T-24 compliance ensuring the highest quality installation and passing final inspection. Then came back and worked with us to address warranty items. Reputable company and highly recommended!

We had foist install a heater air conditioner June of 2024. They never contacted us for any of the required services and when we contacted them for some problems we had it was like pulling teeth to get them back. There was always an excuse. Now we had another problem and as usual this time again was the excuse that they didn’t have enough manpower. Then they had the balls to call me the very next day to pay the bill! If you do your job right I would pay immediately! But to not finish the service and expect to get paid now is crazy! Then I called to pay and I get an answering machine. Our contractor referred us to foust and after he heard our problems he said he would not be recommending them again and if foust is reading this <please call me so I can pay you!

We Bought a GE Minisplit from Foust and they did an amazingly efficient job of the installation. They arrived on time and finished very quickly. They answered all my questions and left the job clean, neat and very professionally installed.
The unit works great and is already saving money on my utility bill!
I would recommend Foust any time!!!
