We had to shut our water off on a Friday because of a water leak. The plumber could not fix the leak until a heat/air duct was moved or cut out of the way. Jesse Foust was completely booked with the beginning of the summer heat soon to begin, but he came Monday morning at 7:00 am before his appointments began to move the duct. Then he came back on Saturday, his day off, to fix the duct so we would have air conditioning as the heat wave began. My regular heat/air repair service, who was also probably very busy, never even returned my calls. Jesse \Foust cared about a family that had an emergency and we are forever grateful. Thanks Jesse!

Had a new HVAC system installed, which also required installation of some additional duct work. The crew was friendly and great to work with, the price was fair. We're very happy with the product and the service. Great people!

The worst customer service, don't recommend it. Our restaurant installed the cooler and freezer only about 1 years, after we have an issue with them, i check back all the papers. The warranty should be 3 years for labor and 10 years for the parts. Then they was telling us that the units is out of the warranty.
My god, who can accept this. we have called them to fixed many many times. We couldn't believe that is the brand new mechines. We never do anything only they told us to try to reset the units, but it didn't work. I still tried to call them, then they said unfortunately the units is out of warranty, I need to pay. Forget it. We are very very disappointed, so we hired a very good company come and fix all the problems. It's not the problem of the switches. We won't use you guys anymore...

Matt Foust and his team have been our go-to HVAC place of business since the very beginning. From inspecting and tuning up the system in our first and second homes, to installing a complete system in our third home, and finally, repairing ductwork caused by a pesky raccoon in our current home, Foust Heat & Air have been there for all of our HVAC needs. Not happy with the lack of service/response from Foust. Called Foust due to A/C blowing hot air. Tech came out on 6/23/22 and identified Evaporator failed, leaked out Refrigerant. Waited for Estimate and reply was that they were shorthanded of employees. I did the legwork and got part #'S so I could get my Estimate. Today 7/25/22 still haven't received Estimate and Foust will not give me Estimate after making promises early on that I would get Estimate. Matter of fact, the Tech that came out has quit. The owner needs to recognize that the person will be losing potential customers and me being a customer and had Foust for HVAC inspection when buying this home and would not give me a checklist on items checked makes me suspicious of unsatisfactory inspection. The Evaporator Coils potentially already had some pinhole leaks. The access cover to view Coils did not appear to have been removed, plus Ductwork is leaking air from lack of Sealant. Very sloppy inspection and getting the runaround with the current situation. Be aware of this Company.

They were they on time, personable and capable of an on the spot adjustment to the installation with materials on hand. I also received the extra mile with customer service in the office when it came to having to register my new system. I would use Foust again and highly recommend!!!

I manage a Mobile Home Park and have used many. different companies for Heating and Air. I have found Foust to be one of the Best, Most reliable and Reasonable around.

Final update 2/22:

The system was installed and we've had some time now to put everything through its paces. There were complications with the ductwork under the furnace (water leaking from the drain pan into the ductwork) and also in removing the old furnace from its closet (it was glued in and it was a tremendous struggle to get it out). The Foust crew was professional, cheerful and friendly and dealt with these issues as they arose. The heating and A/C has worked really well so far with no issues. One follow-up email to Foust seeking information about the best air filter for our unit did not receive a response and it has been difficult to find information online. Our thanks to Matt and his team for seeing us through to completion.

Update 6/22/21:

Matt and his team have started communicating frequently and clearly about our installation. We really appreciate this. Apparently the furnace in our original bid is unavailable and there is no clear timeline on when it might become available. Matt was at our house today looking at an alternative plan of attack. Unfortunately, our original 6 week installation date is likely to be pushed out another 7 weeks at the earliest. This is frustrating, but at least we have a better idea of what's happening.

Synopsis of our original review:

Great first contact, reasonably priced bid.

After dropping off our deposit, we had a lot of trouble getting answers from Matt and the front office regarding the details of our installation. Calls were not returned for weeks. We were told around six weeks from the date of our deposit, but we were never put on the schedule, which was very frustrating to us. Further, in our multiple attempts to get answers about the installation in subsequent days / weeks, we had a lot of trouble getting answers to our questions, and we were never informed that there were any problems or delays although we frequently brought up the 6-week estimate for the job.

Matt and his team are clearly great people and know their stuff. In addition to the crush of demand during the summer months, it seems they have been struggling with staffing and other concerns during this time. A lot of frustration could have been avoided with more consistent, clear communication. Hopefully things are trending this way.

Our swamp cooler failed recently and needed to be replaced. The Foust office staff, the guy who came out to inspect for quoting, Matt, and the installation guys made the process enjoyable and painless. Very happy with the job and would recommend Foust for HVAC sales, service and maintenance.

Our family and friends got together and had Foust Heating and Air install a Bryant mini split system in a relatives house. Our relative developed medical issues and was no longer allowed to use an evaporative.
Cooler, pellet stove or wood stove, without the risk developing life threatening lung infections.

The install went smoothly with a great install crew. They were professional, clean, courteous and a pleasure to work with.

The system is great, it’s quiet heats great and is very efficient to operate.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the decision to have this installed and we highly recommend them.

Foust Heat and Air is an excellent company for this type of service. Matt Foust and his staff are very professional and provide the necessary service in a timely manner. We've had our furnace replaced and yearly maintenance on our air conditioner performed by them. They are dependable and very reasonable in cost. I highly recommend them.

Our air conditioner stopped working on the hottest weekend so far this summer. We called Foust heat and air and they returned our call quickly. Jesse the technician was very professional and helpful. He gave us a time frame of when he would be able to respond and he was on time. He came out on a Sunday and had our unit up and running again within a half hour. What a life saver. Received quotes from other competitors and Foust provided the best quote for the desired work. Decided to wait until a later time to have the installation completed. Once we decided to have it done, it was obvious the cost of materials likely increased due to inflation. Despite my initial quote being expired, Foust honored the initial quoted price and did a great job installing our new system. We are very happy with the results and will recommend Foust to friends and family moving forward!

We give Foust a gold star. Larry, Matt have common sense, critical thinking and analyzed our problem right away. They were the 5th HVAC we had in 2 months. They confirmed our ductwork was never installed correctly. After seven years our HVAC works perfect. We can't put in words how grateful and happy we are, after years of complaining and suffering. Hearing the system is fine its in your mind, your head. Our two story home with 2 independent thermostat work perfect. No longer we have cold or hot spots. Foust is experienced and well trained.
