Furnace stoped working a week before Thanksgiving! I called Bellows on Friday afternoon and got an appointment for Monday morning. Ryan diagnosed the issue, got the part ordered, and he returned on Weds to install it. Nice warm house and a very happy customer.

Joe was excellent! A seasoned employee that knew the .manufacturer of our water heater and he was the very first one telling me the actual psi of our water pressure. Its low but in our area, we have the most psi.

Great Customer Service, Nate was on time, patient and offered practical advice on decisions needed today and considerations for future possibilities.. Not pushy yet considerate of what Bellows would hope to provide. Good experience overall.

Hansen came to fix the gas furnace which was installed less than a year ago. He was before time, very knowledgeable and meticulous in his approach. Fixed the issue and explained the probable cause. Didn’t charge anything as it was under warranty. All interaction from the point of me contacting Bellows to Hansen solving problem was excellent. It is clear that Bellows as a company and the team have the right mindset and skillsets. They will be my go to company for any future house related issues.

Bellows has done it again! Jamie and Antonio were absolute experts — they completed my entire HVAC installation in record time, just 4 days! Winters in Felton are harsh, especially for my daughter, and they truly listened and worked their magic to get everything done perfectly. Their professionalism, efficiency, and kindness made the whole experience outstanding. I couldn’t be happier with my new system. Highly recommended!

The technician was courteous. He showed up to my house on time and explained the issue with my Air conditioning unit. He completed the repairs and replaced the parts needed for the repairs. I'm very happy with the service I received from Hanson.

This is a fantastic whole home plumbing company. I've had nothing but good interactions with them. they are kind and courteous, and polite and efficient. You won't go wrong with Bellows in your corner!

They did a good job actually installing the water heater, though I was shocked all the additional pipes and additional tank they needed to install to bring it up to code. The price was more than double what I expected to pay. They initially brought out the wrong water heater so the job ended up taking something around an additional 5 hours when adding in the additional time to go back to their warehouse or to Home Depot to secure the correct water heater.

Finding ourselves with no hot water on Monday morning resulted in my desperate call to Bellows. I was so grateful to get immediate service! Sebastian arrived before noon and identified, explained and fixed the problem. I appreciated his professionalism and charming personality.

We were so lucky to get Bellows Plumbing, Heating and Cooling to come out within a day to install our plumbing leak detection that now is being required with insurance companies. Josh was our technician that came out, he was super polite and kept us informed throughout the installation and stayed to make sure our App and WiFi was completed before he left. Highly recommend calling them for any your plumbing needs.

Richard was awesome! Thanks for sending him to my house. Uncanny ability to explain even the most arcane plumbing problems and issues in plain English so easy to understand. Took the time to listen carefully to my interests and concerns, and answered all my questions until I ran out of things to talk about. Can’t say enough good things about him!

I don’t usually write Reviews but the service we received was excellent so I needed to say something. We had tree roots in the line out by the street. Richard from Bellows came to take care of our problem. He was professional efficient, and, knowledgeable. He knew what to do and was able to resolve the problem quickly and with ease. Should we need a plumber again in the future we will definitely call and ask for Richard. He’s a rockstar.!

If I was just rating the install of our central air system and professionalism of Jamie, Antonio and Alvie it would be an easy 5 stars. They were great to work with and did really great work in the attic and all the work looks top notch.

Unfortunately there was some damage done near the electrical runs for the system that resulted in a sizable 5” hole in garage stucco from interior through to exterior. At first I thought it might have been an accident that went unnoticed until finding the chunks of stucco had been gathered by someone and put on our fence, with no mention to us. The damage to the stud and stucco looks like it was likely from the claw end of a hammer or a pry tool. After just getting out house freshly painted last summer, it was a bummer.

Getting help for the repair and followup wasn’t great, and payment was even asked for before it was resolved when calling in and getting billing. A few days later Derek did help get someone out for repair but Kevin simply patched the repair with sanded caulk, which a day later is already showing a crack up the center and not fully curing.

I’m having a stucco specialist come out to repair the hole properly, which will be another $350 out of pocket.

Really great initial experience that turned sub par, I’m not sure we’ll be using Bellows for future work.

On time, friendly, professional, thorough, and well trained/knowledgeable. Kevin was able to identify, diagnose, and correct all of my heat pump concerns. Knows how to effectively communicate this knowledge to the customer as well.

Kevin came out to help me with a heater that stopped working. He was knowledgeable & professional. My heater was installed in 1985 and Kevin was able to provide me with several options for replacement that would fit my budget. I am so grateful for his experience, advice and kindness. He got my old heater running and I will be installing a new one. The entire process was smooth. Bellows worked their schedule to get Kevin here as quickly as possible, another company was scheduling for January 2026. Bellows is lucky to have Kevin. He did an exceptional job as did the manager that called in advance to get as much info as possible to send the most qualified person. I highly recommend Bellows. Thank you!

I had my furnace replaced by Bellows in December. Last night it stopped working - we suspect a leak from the heavy rains. With temperatures in the house in the low 60s and a sick toddler at home, getting the furnace up and running was very important to us.

I called up Bellows at 8am and requested to have someone take a look at it - we were desperate. Ashley understood our situation was able to arrange someone to look at it within 2 hours of the phone call ! Kevin came over at 10.30am and was able to get the furnace up and running by 11am. Great customer service ! would highly recommend bellows for your furnace repair & replacements !

Heater Installation: These guys are pros!! Replaced our broken 20YO Heater with a great Lennox high-efficiency heater. Not an easy job with our Attic-based configuration. Also removed our old cacophony of odds-and-ends ducting with new up-to-date hardware. Team also fixed the code noncompliances of our old system. One of my biggest concerns was the routing of ducting and heater placement, as to maximize the amount of available storage space in our attic. The guys were totally responsive to those requirements and were happy to make changes during the install to accommodate. Also, great friendly crew, very respectful of house - and didn't seem to mind our dog supervoising. Thanks for a great install experience. Also, piost install city inspection went through with flying colors!

I totally trust the plumber from Bellows, Nathan. He's done repairs for me now and in the past and ALWAYS an awesome job and even left everything clean after the repair. I can't thank him enough for always respecting my home and with his expert skill, making the repairs! Thank you Bellows for employing only the best!

Bellows technicians Octavio and Julio did a super job replacing the airducts under my house. The were prompt, professional and Octavio clearly communicated with me on timing, potential problems and overall status. Pricing was better than other quotes I got for a superior product. Overall I am very happy I went with Bellows.
