Just having moved to the area, I was in need of a plumbing, heating and electrical service. Bellows was recommended by an electrician that had worked on the house. I am more than satisfied with the service! They are able to take care of all my needs. Nathan was sent to unclog a very, stubborn drain that came with the house. Monty was sent to service the furnace and another technician will be here this week to descale the tankless water heater. Both technicians were very knowledgeable, thorough, and polite and went the extra mile to see that the job was done properly. I'm very pleased with all of their services and would highly recommend them.

I had Bellows previously install a new water heater, and just now they are fixing my two sink faucets that failed due to the hard water. The company is efficient, fairly priced, and on time. The technician is excellent and explains what is needed. Bellows has been 5 stars for me.

We had an incredible experience with Bellows Plumbing on a Sunday afternoon when our main water line suddenly started leaking — water was spraying everywhere and we had to shut off our main, leaving our house without water.

I called Bellows, and in under two hours, Richard arrived. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly prepared — he had all the necessary parts in his truck and was able to replace our main water line, pressure reducer, and hose bib quickly and affordably, all on a Sunday evening.

Thanks to Richard and Bellows, our family had water again the same day. We are so grateful for the fast response, excellent service, and peace of mind. Highly recommend Bellows Plumbing!

I had an amazing service from Jamie and Antonio! They were able to make my mini split AC install extremely easy. They were true professionals who were always available for my questions and concerns.

This low rating does not reflect the workers or the quality of their work, but instead the customer service. I called to inquire about a huge sign that was left on my lawn with the words “asbestos do not touch” after the workers had finished their job fixing the pipes under our lawn. I have a one year old daughter and nobody had mentioned anything about asbestos to us during the week they were working on our lawn. I had my windows open during most of the time they were working, so I wanted to understand our potential risk of exposure. The man on the phone was pretty short with me, told me that the workers were professionals and that I “should be fine.” I am a renter, so not the person who pays for the job, and when I tried to get the representative to explain further why he thinks we “should be fine,” he just repeated several times “if you have any further questions, you should talk to your landlord.” I felt he just didn’t want to deal with me and didn’t feel any sense of responsibility to me as I am not the paying customer. I don’t believe the landlord (who doesn’t live nearby and I’ve never met) or property management company who oversees our property would have more details than the actual plumbing company who did the job and left the sign in question. Bellows, do you not feel you have a responsibility to the community, including tenants in the properties where you do your work, when it comes to toxic chemicals and public health? If you believe there was no risk to me and my family, great! I would simply like to be given the information that supports that statement, instead of just a lazy “you should be fine.”

Bellows plumbing is excellent! Making my appointment was super smooth and the scheduler helped me with my questions in such a kind manner. Scottie Culclager came right on time and quickly completed all the work I needed done. I’ll be calling them in future for sure!
