I recently needed a valve installed on the gas line in my home on short notice. I called Expert Plumbing and they told me a plumber would be by my house between 8:00 and 10:00 the following day. I was a little worried I was going to be pulled away from work all morning, but Dylan A. arrived right at 8:00. He was friendly, explained clearly how he was going to approach the problem, and gave me a very reasonable quote. Dylan finished the job in short order, and I was very grateful to be back at work much earlier than anticipated. Based on my experience, I'd definitely call Expert Plumbing again.

Had a clogged drain, tried to fix it myself, no dice. Called one plumbing company and they were unavailable until Monday. I needed the issue resolved quickly so I called Expert plumbing. The person who answered the phone was polite and helpful. Put me on the schedule today, and expressed that if they had an opening they would try to do it same day. That didn't happen but I greatly appreciated that they were willing to try. Ruben V. Showed up today well within the time window given to me. I found him to be very polite and professional. I showed him what was going on. Explained that I had tried to DIY my way through it, he knew exactly what needed to be done. I noticed that his van was well organized and neat, he was very efficient and clean while working in my house. He was kind enough to explain some finer points of plumbing repair to me. He quoted me a price to fix my clogged drain and re install a garbage disposal I had taken out. He took the time to button up a few minor issues that he found as well. I thought the price was fair. I know this was a very simple job and probably very mundane, however I appreciated Ruben's approach and customer service. I will call them the next time I need plumbing services. I recommend them.

Expert plumbing did exceptional expert work! From the initial call, my urgent situation was assessed accurately and scheduled right away for the afternoon. Reuben showed up at the beginning of the time slot and got straight to work. He was able to identify the work needed, and he provided a very fair estimate right there on the spot using his digital device and I was able to see the work associated costs easily so I signed right then and there. He did a quick parts and tool gathering from his work van and fixed the issue. My pipes are admittedly old but presented no challenge to Reuben and he finished up and recommended future actions if my old pipes presented any new challenges. This was the best experience I've had with household repair services! I more than highly recommend Expert Plumbing when you have the need!

Expert plumbing staff Sara and Dylan were amazing. Sara called me this morning after I requested some work to be done in my home. She set me up with appointment for tomorrow but called me back to let me know they had availability for the today. I received text message updates along with a picture of Dylan so I would know who was coming. When Dylan arrived he was very kind and professional. He walked me through everything he was seeing would be necessary to complete the job. He called his boss to ask clarifying questions to ensure he was giving me a proper estimate. I would definitely recommend Expert Plumbing!

Found a leak at 12:30am and was able to schedule an appointment to get it fixed at 8am the same morning. Dylan fixed my leak and upgraded the surrounding piping and valves. He is a total rockstar, friendly, sharp, and taught me a ton about plumbing. He went above and beyond to help me out (based on my experience with servicing and contractors in the past). Really appreciated his advice as a new homeowner with a lot of questions, as well as Sara coordinating the invoicing/contracts!

We just moved into a home with a 20-year-old water heater. I called Expert Plumbing and Talal got right back to me. His brother Mo stopped by that afternoon. They had a customer cancel for an install the next day and they scheduled us for installation. Mo explained the options. A 40-gallon conventional tank was the best solution for us. Mo returned the next day, removed the old heater and installed the new one. He arrived right on time and completed the job in 1 1/2 hours. The old water heater was not up to code, e.g. no pan under the heater, as well as some bad connections.

Their customer service, knowledge and professionalism is outstanding. They are a small family-owned business and you can tell they care about their customers. We will certainly use them for future plumbing work.

we have an annual membership with Expert Plumbing. One of our toilets was making a sound as it was leaking internally. Mo came out checked it out, recommended a replacement. Dylan was just here. He took the old toilet away installed the new one with a bidet. We will continue to use Expert Plumbing. They do a fabulous job.!

Dylan came out and walked us through the issues and the needed repair process with our tub and sink. He was super informative. He quickly and cleanly made a fix to our tub diverter and provided us with additional estimates for other repairs, which was a great guideline to determine our possible renovation plans. New review! Expert Plumbing did an EXCELLENT job replacing our old Tankless Waterheater with a much better, energy-efficient Tankless Waterheater! At a great price, about half of what i was expecting! For the first time since we have lived in this house, we now have hot water instantly at the sinks in our master bathroom, and in the shower, which previously had to run for like 4 minutes to get any hot water! We are definitely going to use Expert Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs!
