Just didn’t go well. The owner shares my first name Matthew and is actually a nice guy. That said his level of accountability is VERY low. Offers to really care take for the property beyond the cleaning and for us dropped the ball in every way. Don’t get me wrong he is probably great taking care of your home once a month for residential cleans but he is entirely unable to handle an Airbnb or short term rental. Everything is always an upsell. Everything is a problem. He is a reactionary person. He sees it breaking but doesn’t bring it up until it breaks. I over paid and increased pay several times well above market rate and I still got low end service. And if you critique anything he sends you 100 emotional text messages. He also sends late night hardly readable messages that make it feel like he is drunk. Was tough for me. I tried and tried. In the end the relationship wasn’t professional.
