We been using Miros House Cleaning for a couple of years now and have had a wonderful experience. The cleaning ladies are so kind and professional. They are very thorough, cleaning areas I sometimes forget about. It’s always such a nice surprise to come home and find everything sparkling clean. I also trust them a lot. Sometimes when we’re out of town, we feel comfortable enough to just let them access our place on their own and then they just let themselves out when they are finished. We also have outdoor spaces that they clean nicely. We’re very happy with the professionalism and quality of cleaning with Miros Housecleaning. I definitely recommend them!

Miros Housecleaning was fantastic! Raul was extremely responsive and was able to schedule a deep clean just two days after I called. We had just moved into a new apartment and wanted a thorough cleaning, and for the price, the service was 1000% worth it. They took their time and cleaned every detail—including the spots you wouldn’t even think of. The place was spotless when they finished. Highly recommend!

Raul was the fourth company to come out to look at our place for an estimate. As soon as I started talking to him I knew that he was the one who I was going to hire for us. Choosing a housecleaning company is a very important decision to make because you are letting a stranger come in to your house. I didn’t feel comfortable with the others but Raul he is such an honest , caring guy that I didn’t even need to ask for references .I set a schedule for him to come by the end of our meeting . His team is also very friendly, hardworking, professional team. I have my senior parents and auntie who live here and the crew are so nice and patient with them. I am honestly so happy for finding Raul n his team. After they cleaned the bathrooms looked like brand new bathrooms!! We were so amazed! Raul and his team are now coming on a regular scheduled basis. Raul n his team were definitely worth the wait!!

I manage a property and tried to work with Miros for cleaning and they made billing a headache and were also unprofessional, overpriced, poor cleaning and communication. They did not complete cleaning on time or as agreed and create a troublesome scenario for us as property managers in addition to the poor cleaning and communication.

I hired Miros Cleaning and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Prior to the cleaning, I proactively communicated with management about an ant issue and provided photos of the ant-killer residue that needed to be cleaned. We agreed on an additional fee for this specific task.

Unfortunately, the team did not complete the agreed-upon work and left the property without notifying us. More concerningly, a bottle of wine was broken during their visit. Broken glass and wine stains were left on our floors and walls (see attached photos), and no attempt was made to clean it up.

When I contacted management about the incomplete job and the damage, I asked if the team could return to clean up the glass and finish the work. I even offered to pay an additional fee if the scope of the work was larger than they had originally anticipated. Management initially agreed to work with us, but after our payment was processed, they informed us that they would not be returning to clean up the mess or finish the job.

I am leaving this review because I am deeply disappointed with the quality of the cleaning, the property damage left behind, and management’s unwillingness to take responsibility or resolve the situation professionally. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.

Raul and Miros treat their clients with a complete and utter lack of respect and turn what should be a simple arrangement (payment for cleaning) into a complicated mess which they refuse to take responsibility for or fix. They agreed to clean our home, but the crew left without cleaning many parts of the apartment. They also left broken glass and red wine stains from a bottle of wine they broke on the wall. We understand that things happen, so we sent pictures to Raul and asked him politely to arrange a return to finish the cleaning. We were told to pay for the (unfinished) cleaning first, and then he would work with us to reschedule the cleaners. Once we paid, instead of working with us to resolve the unfinished cleaning - he simply quit (said they won't return to clean and won't be available for future cleanings), leaving us high and dry. If this sounds like how you would like to be treated by a cleaning service, then give Raul a call - he'll be happy to accept your payments. If you have any issues with the cleaning crew, though - just keep in mind that their policy is "tough luck". He'll make sure to patronize you, though, by wishing you and your family "good luck". Miros had every opportunity to make things right, but chose not to. Extremely bad service.

The Miros cleaning team was quick to respond to my inquiry and Raul made it very easy to schedule my first cleaning. Their rates are reasonable and they did a great job! I look forward to continuing to work with them going forward!
