We are very pleased with Maria and Yessy. They have been our house cleaners for more than a year. They are timely and professional. The one star reduced is for thoroughness and scheduling issues that we have had in the past. But having said that, the reason we are still with Molly Maid is because the team and the agency/owner worked with us to find a schedule that works for us and the team is always responsive to things they could do better. Thanks!

We have Team 3, Aleyandra and Nevy, at our house each month and they are LOVELY. They do a fantastic job cleaning, and they are so nice, friendly, and polite. Because my mom had a stroke, they must clean with several people in the house. They always do it with such ease and do a great job! Thanks Ladies.

Started out great, but then went progressively downhill -- service and communication were highly unprofessional. The first team they sent when I had a scheduled monthly service did an excellent job though!

At the very beginning I communicated in writing that I should be contacted to let them in -- a fob is needed to get into the visitor's garage, building, and elevator access where I live. Only that first team followed those instructions and contacted me when they arrived. It sounds like the company did not even relay those instructions to anyone else.

For the cleaning after the first one when I switched out of the monthly cleaning, they showed up earlier than the 2hr or so window without notice -- I wasn't home to let them in and so then we had to reschedule. They were able to come back later, but they were passive aggressive to me about having to walk up the stairs and didn't clean the patio or vacuum the bathroom rugs as requested (FYI -- I am fluent in Spanish, so no language barrier there). When the cleaning staff arrived, the company called me to go down and meet them, but didn't say where the staff was. They parked far away because they couldn't find parking -- hence why I initially gave the instructions I did. My building has multiple entrances each with a call box - no one ever used the call box or gave clarity about the entrance they were at. The GPS actually takes you directly to the main entrance.

For the last and most recent cleaning, I received the final confirmation before the scheduled service with no subject line note and no arrival time window in the body of the email. When I called to reconfirm the line, the rep also wanted to note that I preferred emails with a subject line message and an estimated arrival window time -- but that should all be a given. During that call found out that the arrival time was to be in the afternoon and not in the late morning as planned and confirmed in the email that was actually written and sent correctly well in advance of the day of service. That messed up my schedule for the entire day. The company called to say they were downstairs, which they weren't, and the same confusion continued as before with the parking, the entrances, and the staff walking up 3 flights of stairs. Also, decorative soaps that I have were not handled properly and somewhat ruined, I provided booties to wear in my shoe-free apt (there is a large sign on the wall at the entrance) that weren't fully utilized (one was off and one was on), and things were not put back in the bathroom in an organized fashion.

I'll be doing more of the cleaning myself especially since with all this confusion I could've done it myself and wasted less time and energy. I will also be looking for a more professional company that values attention to detail.

Molly Maids have been cleaning our house for the last 5+ years. Alejandra and Irma are hard-working, efficient, responsive, and timely. They are flexible when we need to reschedule, and reliable as can be otherwise. We recommend them highly!

The ladies from Molly Maid of Burlingame and South San Francisco are polite, respectful, hard working and efficient, especially Marla and Daytona! I love the way they clean my house. They are dedicated. Even during the pandemic, they didn't miss a spot. I have been using their services for over ten years and I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Molly Maid. My wife and I have been using them for over a year and a very happy with the service. They try to send regular house keepers for each visit, but if there is a scheduling conflict or someone is out or sick they are able to find replacements for the same day. Elsa Lopez and her team (Corina) are blessing to my household. We have been using their service for a couple of years now and they go above and beyond keeping our kitchen tidy, and our restrooms clean and sanitized. My mom looks forward every other Monday anticipating their visits so she can catch up and chat about the week between our bi weekly visits. They get they job done, but go above and beyond to make my senior mom happy.

Elsa Lopez and Norma have been cleaning my house for a few years. They are friendly, dependable and careful. They will go the extra mile for me. Mostly, the team does excellent work..never any issues with something missed or not done well.

Hired them and they did a lovely job cleaning my place. However, they will NOT stop emailing me promotional crap. I have asked them multiple times to stop and they just ignore my request.

Edit: 7 months after hiring them and they still are sending me weekly promotional emails despite me responding multiple times asking them to stop.

When I was moving out, I used Molly Maid to give the professional cleaning my landlord required. Elsa, Dayana, and Norma were amazing! The apartment looks even better than when I moved in! Surfaces were spotless, and the windows/mirrors looked brand new! They were prompt, courteous, and thorough going above and beyond in cleaning. I'm not sure when I'll need a cleaning service again, but when I do I'm absolutely calling them :)

Gudelia, Norma and Ester #4 have been excellent at cleaning my house for the past few months. As a new mom, it’s wonderful to have started this service and know my house is suitable for a newborn. The cleaners are very kind and work very well. I’m very happy with our service from this company.

Bad experience, would not recommend. The cleaning ladies came late (service arrival time was 8:30-9:30, two ladies arrived 9:45). I requested the ladies that in our house we take shoes off, so they put shoes cover.... but during cleaning they took it off and walked all over my house. After cleaning I always see watermarks left, cups still wet, and dust on the floor. Also they spend 30min cleaning, and charge 88 dollars.

Mariel and Virginia (Team #1) are terrific workers and I totally trust them in my home. They are always upbeat and they listen carefully if I ask for an emphasis on cleaning certain areas. They always come on time. My house feels clean, looks clean and smells clean when they're done. It's a great relief to my mind knowing I don't have to do the work myself!
