Raul and his team did an absolutely phenomenal job with the deep cleaning. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. Every corner was spotless, details that usually get overlooked were handled with care, and the place felt completely refreshed when they were done.

Raul and his team clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows in the quality and consistency of the results. His team worked efficiently while still paying attention to the smallest details, and they were respectful of the space throughout the entire process.

I’ve had a great experience with Miros Cleaning. The team is professional, thorough, and always communicative. I schedule monthly cleanings and it’s consistently a job well done. Raul in particular is amazing — very responsive and a pleasure to work with!

Wow this service is bad. The team of two just left my house and I am compelled to tell everyone to not use this company. They did not perform the services I paid them to because they "ran out of time." None of the top shelves were wiped clean, nor the tops of the door and window frames. They did not even move the cookie jar on the kitchen counter to clean under it. When I moved my toaster oven there were crumbs underneath on the counter top. They are slow, tired and careless. Go elsewhere for house cleaning service.

Molly maids came to provide estimate for service. I was looking for a weekly service and both a move out and move in cleaning for an upcoming move. The woman providing the estimate was very specific in detailing the service saying “” the team will start at the top removing cob webs, then clean the fronts of the cupboard doors...”. In each room she began the same way. Everything sounded fair. So we scheduled the first of the weekly cleaning. I was quoted 1.5-2 hours. No worries. So the day came and the team came they were prompt and I appreciated that. I left them to clean and took my dogs out with me to run some errands. I left the cash for 2 hours service plus a 20 dollar tip. After 1.5 hours the cleaning team called states they worked 1.5 hrs and I told them to take an amount that would pay whaybinowed plus $25. Tip. When I walked into my place I immediately saw that it wasn’t as clean as I expected. There were cobwebs, debris on the floor, and obviously the vacuuming was not well done. The were water rings still on my drain board at the kitchen sink and the cupboards had been half wiped down. I took many photos and emailed the office immediately. They agreed that the work was unacceptable and as is their policy offered to send the same team back to reclean my place. What? The same people who left a half hour early, rather than do a good job? The same people who didn’t follow your procedure for cleaning. The cobwebs say it all. If they didn’t do the first step right they didn’t do any of it right. I declined their offer to have my place recleaned and cancelled all future services. Too bad they lost a weekly account because of sloppy employees.

Nathaly, Ima and Esther all did an amazing job cleaning my apartment. Not a single nook or cranny untouched! Great job ladies.

We had the worst experience with Molly maid. They gave us an estimate that did not even match the actual cost.
1) DAMAGED my property - CABINET UNDER KITCHEN SINK WAS FLOODED
2) Completely inadequate quality of service
3) Estimate did not match the actual cost, actual cost was twice as much
4) Oven not cleaned, bathroom mirrors left with streaks. The worst experience ever.

Maura,Jacqueline and Elsa Lopez are an excellent team. They clean, dust vacuum my house very thoroughly, and come to my house on time each week.

Gudelia, Irma, and Tene were incredible. Professional, fast, and thorough. Days after they were here, I'm still finding little shelves and corners that I've forgotten to clean for months that are suddenly spotless. Will absolutely be using this service again, thank you.

I have been using Molly maids for over a year and have been extremely pleased with their service. My team #5 Laura and Maria do a consistently excellent job. I wouldn’t choose anyone else.

I really liked the attention to detail, like how the couches were cleaned of cat hair (as a long-hair owner, I noticed the difference immediately), and my baseboards were meticulously wiped (furniture moved to get to them!).
I'll need to be diligent about keeping enough small trash bags around... I used my last one this week.

I am very impressed with my wonderful clean home. And now I can look forward to vacuumed stairs every month!

Molly Maid is a professional cleaning company and they come clean my house on bi-weekly and they have also done whole house cleaning jobs for me and I love their reliability - they always show up ! I use Molly Maid of Burlingame as a vendor for the company I work with. We have them clean our units after we move tenants out of them. They do a fantastic job. I call them magicians because they work magic! We are located in the tenderloin and have seen it all. They are up to the task and deliver in 5 stars! I have used Molly Maids for seven years. I like that they are responsive and flexible with scheduling changes. Blanca and Alejandra clean my place and do a great job. They work hard and are open to any special requests or suggestions. Most of all, they are trustworthy and dependable.

I've been using Molly Maid on a bi-weekly basis for a few years now. It is so nice to come home on housecleaning day! And it lasts for a few days before the toddler, the man and the pets tear it apart again! It is nice to know that my house is getting cleaned with disinfectant on a scheduled routine. I will say over the time they've been with me, for the most part, their cleaning has been efficient. There have been times when I know they didn't clean under the beds (or even make the beds) or under the furniture and they very rarely clean my laundry room or front porch (even tho that was supposed to be part of the deal). But I know sometimes even the cleaners have a tougher week at any particular house and can get tired so I tend not to complain if they only clean halfway under the tv stand. I will continue to use them as I appreciate coming home to a clean house that I didn't have to clean myself! Price wise I think they are fair for the market we are in. I would recommend them.

Thelma, Elsa and Patricia take pride in their work, not missing a spot in the house. They make sure all areas are covered, and clean the less used rooms just as they would- an everyday bed room. I would definitely recommend these ladies who are thorough and polite.

[2019] Thelma C. has been with us for almost five years, although her teammates have changed from time to time (rather frequently). However, she has been consistent in her work and quality. I think she is a good team leader, because I know I can rely on her, even when her teammate happens to be the first timer to my house or a trainee at MM. Keep up the good work, Thelma!
