Staff was extremely rude during my appointment and she literally rolled her eyes and hit her forehead when I wasn't understanding her explanation between the various cabinet brands. I was calm and collected the whole time so her attitude felt extremely uncalled for. Clearly absolutely no form of customer service or respect at this location. I also couldn't understand her half the time so that was another barrier, but the problem was mainly her attitude. Language barriers can always be worked through if you have patience and understanding. When she went to give me a quote (after the whole eye rolling head slapping thing) she found out the cabinet I wanted wasn't available anyway so I said I would have to pass and got up to left - she ignored me and didn't say a word. Please work on your teams customer service and it will go a long way.

Sincere home decor is a place to make the desires of your home come reality. We went there to compare floor types and vanity necessities. We were quite pleased with the variety, selection and presentation. We also were impressed with the selection of bathroom fixtures and kitchen renovation. We have not decided but it is worth to take a look to sincere home decor as a viable option.

Our son Joe, who had made a purchase from Ms. Maggie Kwok of Sincere Home Décor in South San Francisco previously, introduced us to Maggie when we need remodel our kitchen cabinets.

Maggie is very sharp, friendly, responsive, has extensive knowledge of her products, communicates well in a clear and concise manner, and most of all, she is patient.  She is a pleasure to work with.

We had not remodeled a kitchen in 25 years and had lots and lots of questions.  She suggested different upgrades within the cabinets we selected. We incorporated many of her suggestions in our order and we are extremely pleased with the final outcome.

We highly recommend Ms. Maggie Kwok; she provides excellent service and we are thankful to have Maggie as our sales rep.

We have already recommended Maggie and Sincere Home Décor to our of our friends who is contemplating a kitchen remodel, and will happily recommend them to any and all folks remodeling their homes.

Wonderful, large selection of cabinets, high end appliances, fixtures, flooring, everything for the kitchens and bathrooms under 1 roof. Even my contractor shops here for his master bath. Nice displays to show us the different options available. Showroom is clean, well lit, and pleasant. Customer service from Maggie and Manager Daniel is superb. Highly recommend if you are picky

I resonate with the other low ratings of this store due to the poor customer service. The sales person named Phil was very condescending/ annoyed at basic questions about the products.

He did not want take the time to introduce me to the different showerhead brands or options available, and he seemed more interested in getting me out of the store as quickly as possible.

At the checkout, Phil asked me if I had taken pictures of the shower pan/glass for code. Why I should be providing this information is beyond me.

The overall sales experience was unfriendly, difficult to get brand/product information, and uncomfortable. I could have done all of my purchasing of shower materials at this store, but I took my business elsewhere because of my poor experience here.

This store should improve its customer service training, especially to support those who want to learn/ understand more about the products/ options available.

I was pretty satisfied that the quotes are accurate descent prices but there is two things I was not happy about is that my core counter top was delivered two different shade and one of the cabinet on top of the microwave was too high and when I told them they gave me a wrong they gave to charge me for a new one. By the way did not honor their order correctly and I have to pay for those charges

Big bathroom and kitchen showroom, many tiles and flooring sample with good price. Mask required, body temp check and divider between customer service.

My partner and I shopped here as we were getting ready to renovate our house. Prices were decent. We ordered a bathroom vanity and a plethora of other items to renovate our bathroom. There were no status updates—absolutely no communication from them at all for the following 2 weeks since we placed our order. We had to call them ourselves. Anna from customer service told us our order was ready for pickup. Ok—great.

When we arrived at the store the next day, they told us our order wasn't actually ready since some items were missing. Are you serious? They ended up misinforming us and completely wasting our time by not properly communicating with us AND their own team members. How the hell do you guys operate?

Our vanity was delivered...BUT—get this—our vanity ended up having a conspicuous chipped corner since the package wasn't completely covered/protected. We've reached out in regards to the chipped corner but they told us they'll get back to us about it. It's been a week and we STILL have not heard back from them yet. I'd steer clear from their grossly abyssmal and incompetent customer service.

Great service. Repairman arrived in a very reasonable time frame and was very polite and professional. A true gentleman. I would recommend.

Called them to purchase part for my dish washer and they stated that they do not sell appliance parts. Found parts @ a parts supply store at Cezar Chavez and Illinois in San Francisco.

Attention to detail and good service

George is, hands down, the best electrician I have ever worked with. He was referred to me back in 2004 and I still call on him for help today. Nice, competent, methodical, knowledgeable and works until the entire job is complete.

We just had Joe and his team at Bajada Electric install a new electrical panel, create some new circuits and install new lighting and outlets in the garage.

I can't say enough good things about our experience with them. Joe is a great communicator, courteous, and detail oriented. He and his team completed the work in a decent amount of time, even when I tacked on some additional work for them to do mid-job that we didn't originally plan on.

I'd have zero hesitation using them again for any electrical needs. Great all around experience. Highly recommended.
