Triton fixed our clothes washer and it was very easy to schedule the initial assessment and they came the next day. They always gave us a heads up when they were on their way and it was easy to reach out to customer support over the phone.

I've used Triton for several jobs and have always had a positive experience. They are extremely proactive in setting appointments and do good, honest work.

some dumbass piece of my water filter broke off and I needed help putting the stupid thing back. called them on a Saturday evening and got set up for an appointment the next day - less than 24 hours. they came by early and got the job done quickly. repairman was extremely polite and very professional. would recommend if you like those types of things.

Great experience from start to finish. Robert was a pleasure to work with. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and he fixed the dishwasher in minutes. I think their pricing was also fair and I’m glad that I didn’t get the “Blackhawk up-charge” in this process. I would definitely use this company again!!

The technician was scheduled promptly and showed up on time. He immediately saw the problem and told me nicely that it was something I had done trying to fix it. He carefully showed me how to solve the problem and explained why it caused a problem. He did not try to charge me for anything other than the visit. I was very pleased with their service and his attitude. I highly recommend this company

Excellent service. The technician was remarkable—efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. He quickly diagnosed and fixed a minor dishwasher (Bosch) leak. Given Bosch dishwashers’ known issue with failing pumps or rubberized gaskets after about five years, it’s reassuring that Triton not only addressed the issue swiftly but also promised a follow-up inspection or credit for future work. Highly recommend their responsiveness and integrity.

Triton Appliance Repair was great. The technician was able to come earlier than my appt time. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He checked out my clothes washer, ran some test, and told me there is nothing wrong with the machine, and it does not need any repairs. Also gave me tips on how to better utilize the washer for maximum performance. Said to call Triton if I have problems. My washer has been functioning OK. Very professional and honest service.

My dryer wouldn't start, and I'm of the mindset of repair over replace to prevent any waste, so long as it is cost efficient. The same dryer broke 3.5 years ago and the technician, Andre, was great and he was able to identify the problem, order the necessary parts, and returned to install it a few days later. However this time, the technician, Kerem, didn't seem to really care. He barely looked at the dryer. He opened it up, said "I don't know", he advised to just replace it, and left. I later found screws from the dryer on my found, I found at least 3. Good thing I wear slippers around the house, that would have been painful to step on. It's really just a gamble of who your technician is.

Simple to make an appointment for the repair of my washing machine. The problem was diagnosed quickly and with experience and my part was difficult to locate that was done so. And when my repair was made, it was done perfectly, Konstantin, what is respectful of my property and my needs and made the repair perfectly the first time. I highly recommend this company and will continue to do business with them in the future.

Absolutely incredible service. Their tech was very professional and extremely kind and clean. He was very attentive to our issue and they arrived within 24 hours of our request and priced so competitive that other vendors were charging close to double. They deserve all the business and we can't wait to share their business with anyone else who required a reliable and safe company. Having someone enter your home when your wife and kids are alone is always scary, but their tech is truly a very amazing person who made our family so comfortable. please use this company! They fixed our dishwasher from VIKING and provided great info on how to maintain it.

Triton did a really great job fixing the oven in my 30-year old range. I’d say the best appliance repair shop I’ve ever had. Shout out to Konstantin who made sure to order quality parts!

Triton was the first to respond to my Yelp query, and their technician Paul arrived within 30 minutes (much quicker than I would have expected).  Paul was courteous, capable, efficient and clearly communicated the theory of the source of the problem, the parts required to repair, the labor required to repair, and the cost of parts & labor.  I decided to proceed, and am very pleased with the results.  Triton warrants their repairs for 6 months as well. If I have another appliance problem, I will work with Triton again.

Triton came in and technical executive diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes. The freezer had stop making is to making ice. The freezer is a sub zero complicated device. He gave us the estimated cost for parts and labor - with great flexibility in paying them. The parts arrive in a week and he was scheduled to come in within 3 days. He came in did a brilliant job to have it up and running and leaving the area very clean. Highly recommend them. In the past they have fixed our microwave and other appliances at different cost.

I worked with Triton repair through my land lard to fix my washing machine. They were easy to work with, prompt, and immediately identified both the issue and solution. It took about 10 seconds for their technician to know the pump for the stain was broken. He ordered the part and came back and fixed it in about 15 minutes. Super nice tech and the staff to schedule appointments was really nice to work with.

Had my commercial AC units repaired and they did a great job. I highly recommend lux repair

Mick was able to diagnosis the remotely and brought the part when he came. The problem was fixed quickly and he helped me clean the cocktop too.
