Konstantin was a real pro, working quickly and thoroughly to repair the igniters in our stove top, then making time to add on a significant job in replacing the bellows seal on our washer. Further more, David who help with scheduling and billing, was also very knowledgeable and proactive. I would not hesitate to use Triton again.

Our dishwasher broke and I called several appliance repair center to schedule an appointment . They are the one who replied immediately and was able to work a time and day at MY CONVENIENCE . The scheduler went above and beyond to help me with my current need. Konstantin is our repairman and he is very respectful of our home . He made sure that he explained the problem an and the process to us thoroughly. Their communication was superb , have to order the parts and give us an update on what's happening . Would recommend them and would use TRITON again with our future needs .

It took two trips but Luis was on time, courteous and professional. He had to use an angle grinder to remove a stubborn oven hinge but he did it and completed what should have been an easy repair. I’ve replaced oven hinges by myself but this is a job where I was happy to have Luis do it!

My 10-year-old refrigerator suddenly stopped working one day. I thought it might be the end of its life and time to get a new one. However, I wanted to see if there was any chance to save it without purchasing a new one. I looked up reviews on Yelp and found Triton with great ratings. I scheduled an appointment for the next day.

The technician arrived on time. He was professional and knowledgeable. After inspecting the fridge, he identified that the motor inverter board was broken. He provided me with an estimate for parts and labor. The price was reasonable, and he fixed it in less than 30 minutes.

They are very responsive and quick with same day appts. I have got my washer fixed and fridge, dishwasher diagonized for issues. They will provide a clear estimate and timeline to fix as well.

Konstantin did a great job repairing our Viking freezer. We have a weird failure where the entire fan disintegrated, which he diagnosed quickly. The part took a little while to come in, but he installed it as soon as it was available. Good experience overall.

Triton has repaired both my troublesome Sub Zero refrigerator and my semi new Kucht stove, which has everything go wrong with it. The representatives are friendly, competent, pleasant and bring you into a discussion of what is going on. Could not recommend anyone else after my experiences.

I called to get information about a washer/dryer repair. Regine answered and told me we could set up an appointment with Paul. I asked her if there would be a charge for the estimate. She said no. She then proceeded to get all of my information, scheduled the appointment, and then, at the very end, Regine tells me there is an $89 fee for the estimate. Very unprofessional and waste of time. I canceled because I don't like dishonesty.

Arthur was my technician. He was very polite, and we actually exchanged some friendly conversation. He gave me his honest professional opinion and never seemed like he was trying to push anything on me, which allowed me to come to my own decision. I will only use triton appliance repair from now on For any of my appliance needs. A+
