Rich Caylao was awesome. For a very late Saturday night, I was unsure prior to meeting Rich if the quality of the service would be "quality work." Rich was so professional and extremely thorough with his work in clearing out clogged main line. Speaking for my family that were all suffering the flu, we were very fortunate to have Rich at the rescue. Water was running in our household once again!

Gem was fantastic! Not only did he successfully unclog the bathroom sink, but he gave me some 'insider' advice to help me save money in the future. I would definitely use VanGo Rooter again.

Recommending Andrew from VanGo. My parents had really bad toilet soap suds problem in his apartment. Andrew really helped them dig into the issue, identified the potential root cause and fixed it for them. My parents only speak very limited English, but Andrew was willing to help them all the way through.

Very fast service upon arrival. Thorough knowledge of problem and speedy, friendly recovery of plumbing to reinstate us to normal. Also, the gentleman was very well mannered, properly dressed during this pandemic, respectful of property and owner, and made sure to address each member of the household by name when by speaking with us. He was a delight and someone you'd share a home cooked meal with.

Van Go techs are very prompt when called to service my building. They go over every detail before performing any repairs. The representative who handles our account is always available to speak when we have any concerns.

I appreciated their hard work and constant effort to resolve the problem. It was my first time using them, and I'm thoroughly impressed, and they have a very reasonable price for a Commercial business. Our CAM Arnel Yabut is very professional and extremely experienced, he explained the whole process.

Terrific Company. I have a sink off by bedroom that was clogged. Drano did not help. Dread overcame me as I scrolled through online lists of plumbers and rooters. I rent in SF, but as a Daly City homeowner my Ma had experience with maintenance so I called her and she recommended VanGoRooter.

I called them late Sunday afternoon (~5pm). The customer service rep who answered was awesome. Sadly, I did not get a name. She was courteous, efficient, and had a chipper attitude. She took my info and let me know that a technician would be in touch.

Within 15 minutes, my phone was ringing. The technician introduced himself as Monte. He quickly gave me a quote and arranged an appointment for the next morning. I was so pleased to have an appointment so soon. Quick and easy.

That morning, I had to run to work and texted Monte that my roommate would let him in and the work space was ready. Monte was flexible and made everything very easy for me. I really appreciated that he was able to text. It was extremely helpful to be able to remotely update/ check in on the job.

The job was done quickly, with in thirty minutes. Monte charged me the quoted price, left my receipt, and texted me to confirm the job was complete.

Gem came on time and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He knew the right questions to ask and pin pointed the issue within seconds. Rich from the company was always good at responding and scheduling the quarterly drain cleanings for my building. Onsite he was always great with his customer service skills working with me on what needed to get done and how to get it done in the best possible way to complete the task at hand.

There’s only two jobs that I can claim that Vango rooter did a great job, fast response and cleanliness. I have them came out to fix a main water pipe leak which it will cost me nearly 7k because it was a bigger problem than I thought. First I was hesitating about going with Vango rooter since they’re new and starting up a business and not yet fully established. But 7k was slightly cheaper than the others guys so I go with Vango . Big mistake I make, they have to drill a hole through a wall pillar to get a pipe in was all crickets and the way they do it was not professional. The concrete they put on my driveway was cheap and poorly put in, dropped little more than 1/2 inside and visible signs of cracking in the middle only after 4 months. Even when I avoided a whole month not parked my car or going over the concrete. The main water cover was sinking more than 4 inches. What disappointing me was I told Eddies to take photos each step of the work progress and send it to me while I’m at work, but he never did. Now I know y, because they were doing it the cheap way. I strongly don’t recommended this company to anyone out there if the job is going to be more than 2k plus. They new to these business and they will screw up the work.

Paul is the plumber that we always request for our services here in St. Francis convalescent. He is professional, reliable and always on time. He is to be trusted and always explain what’s wrong and what needs to be done. If anyone needs servicing I highly recommend this company and request for Paul.

Hi, I would like to compliment your employee Richard. The service that was completed was a Lateral video of my sewer line. The clean out was clues on and Richard was able to take it off cleanly with a saw. He then perform a audio and video 30 feet to the man hole. He cleaned up the area nicely. I then bought a clean out cap. Richard completed the inspection report and gave me a copy of the DVD. He had a mask on as he perform the task. He is a asset for VanGo. Thank you!

Gem was professional and personable, he took the time to explain to me, what was clogging our bathtub drain. There was a struggle in the beginning, because the water wasn’t going down the drain after he initially finished, but he was patient and persistent, so that the work would be finished. I respect and applaud his efforts and time spent on making sure our bathtub problem was resolved. Great job Gem!

I bought a water heater less than 1 year and a half. I was told it was top of the line paid over $3k and it's not working. It's under warranty but it needs parts that they do not carry mind you for a brand they sell. Parts are ordered from who knows where meanwhile an 82 year old woman has not hot water how is she to do anything without hot water they should replace it with a new one ore offer a loner I'm mean 5 days without hot water is unacceptable never again will do business with them. They said we will fix it for free ok but it's under warranty My poor mom has no hot water how cruel can you be to an old lady .t hey fixed it 3days later I'm glad it was fixed very nice people but still 3 days

Ricardo did a great job installing our new faucet. He helped to coordinate with our HOA to shut the water off, made sure to show up on time, and kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. He also did some extra work to make sure the new soap dispenser fit. Thanks again!

We have been using VanGo for quite some time. I’ve known Paul for at least12 years and he has always been extremely professional and alway gets the job done. I definitely recommend VanGo for all drain problems because they wil unclog what ever their is.
