I’m a property manager of a 195 units, we tend to have a lot of plumbing issues, so there for use a lot of plumbing services. None really seem to get the job done. Paul is the only plumber that would come and get the job! He is a great plumber and I trust his advice. He always finds the problem and gives me honest feed back on the work. He’s very reliable and I highly recommend him!

As a manager of a non-profit affordable apartment complex it is always a struggle to find great vendors. I found Van Go Rooter and their rep Arnel Yabut has been assisting me for over a year now. He is extremely responsive to phone calls & email. Helpful with scheduling, emergency calls, bigger projects and annual projects. Their team of techs have always been professional, respectful to me and my residents, helpful and super knowledgeable. I have asked a ton of questions on a job and they were patient and explanatory without being condescending. I know they can do the biggest new installations like water heaters etc.. down to the tiny annoying angle stops and clogged drains. I would highly recommend their team!!!! Not a paid advertisement-just a very satisfied customer.

I have used VanGo Rooter for many years. They have always provided reasonable estimate, great work and there always on time. Such a dependable company. Paul has been awesome, he’s always there when I need him and I can count on him. .

Paul was polite and informative in regards to our clogged drains here in Costco. He informed us up front what he was going to do and asked multiple times if we had any questions just to be sure we understood and to make sure all of our questions were answered. He showed up whenever we needed him. We have called them numerous times and have never failed to perform. I would highly recommend him and will ask for him on any future plumbing problems. !

We have recently needed plumbing services at multiple properties and VanGo was incredibly responsive! We had them out once for what we thought was a clog in a toilet line from tile debris from a floor remodel. After snaking the line and finding nothing, we were puzzled and they determined that we had bought a bad toilet, just out of the box brand new. The owner even personally swung by and confirmed that it was indeed the case. Never knew toilets came out bad. The personal touch is a sign of a business that cares.
We were in the process of losing a water heater as well and VanGo came out same day and replaced it. We thought it was a bad valve but in fact it was determined that the water heater was failing. VanGo was able to replace it same day before it failed and flooded our garage. Great job and great service at reasonable rates.

I’ve been using VanGo rooter for years. Let me share my fist experience. I had an issue with my water heater. Eddie came early to assess the situation. It was a burner problem. He came back before midday fixed the problem. I came to find out he drove over 100 miles to pickup the part. We are very thankful he went out of his way to get my water heater going due to him finding out we had a newborn. They are very professional from the managers down to the technicians. I will not use another plumbing company but VanGo Rooter

Paul with Vango Rooter does excellent service! Always going above and beyond to make sure the job gets done right the 1st time!! He is 1 call away and ready to go!!! He’s the go to when your in a pinch!!! Always comes through every situation I’ve had whether urinal clogged, pipes backed up, relocating pipes, water heater replacement/ repair, faucet replacement and much more!!! He’s an honest and trustworthy person and that will never take advantage and always be upfront about everything!!! If you look elsewhere your wasting your time!!!

A gentleman named Gem came today to handle a couple of plumbing-related repairs at our home. Mr. gem was courteous, professional, informative and informed; most importantly, he got the job done! The service he provided exceeded my expectation.

Gem is the SECOND person from VanGo that had come to make repairs at our home during the past 2 weeks. The previous service technician (can't recall his name) was equally professional and proficient. Had two issues at my home, a clogged bathroom drain and a clogged shower. Wayne took care of my first issue, hair was getting caught in the plastic pipe. And Rich took care of the shower issue. Both guys were very friendly and knowledgeable, and walked me through the diagnosis and price before any work was done. I found the pricing very competitive for the Bay Area. Both Techs wore foot booties when entering my home, which was very respectful. Would highly recommend VanGo Rooter to all my friends and family, and I know who I will be calling next time!

I work for a dental office and we had a leaky faucet that needed replaced, and after first calling another service and getting a ridiculous quote, I decided to call Vango Rooter for a 2nd opinion. Not only was their price reasonable it was half of what the first service quoted me. Although the plumber (Ricardo) that gave us the quote was unable to make it due to some unfortunate personal events, they made sure to send Gem in his place. He was fabulous! Was in and out of the room in 35 minutes and did a great job! 5 stars for their service! Would recommend!

I had Paul Y yesterday come out and do my semi annual property jetting. Now I have been with Van Go Rooter for over 2 years now. Paul Y has been here on several occasions. Each and every time he comes he lets me know he is here, contains what he is doing and asks if I have any questions or needs. He was fully masked and gloved. I appreciate the time service I receive from Van Go and Paul. They have done copper pipe repair, sewer jetting, toilet installation and the standard clogged drain. I would completely recommend them and have for other home owners and property managers. Great emergency service and scheduled maintenance and reasonable prices. VanGo Rooter is very reliable, Gem and Paul are always just a phone call away whenever we have plumbing issues. They take the time to explain the process of any repair. Our company, Life Steps Foundation has worked with many plumbing vendors but after recieving service from VanGo Rooter we decided to open an account with them. Their quality of work shows the effort they put to satisfy their customers.

I don't normally leave reviews but my plumber (Ricardo) was absolutely amazing. He was very communicative about the plan to fix my shower, picked up the parts for me, wore shoe covers and a mask while in my home, and even went above and beyond to fix a cold water issue I didn't even know I had. He made the entire experience seamless. I will definitely be recommending VanGo Rooter to my friends.

Have used this company twice and was quite impressed by their service. I don't usually leave a review for contractors, but both times were really good. Plumbers (this time was Andrew) were knowledgeable, walked you through the things behind the scene and most importantly being open and honest. You don't feel they try to get you pay beyond what's necessary. I feel I can trust them.
