Chris and Ian were very helpful and handled business. Although we didn’t entirely complete the job, due to a missing part, there service and knowledge was top. Great experience with these two.

Ian was great! He listened to our issue and was able to recreate the problem to assess his findings. It turned out that our problem was a tile issue and not a pipe or plumbing issue. He immediately contacted his tile contact to help us. Thank you so much Ian for your quick expertise is helping us getting our issue resolved.

We had different issues over the course of several weeks – – a sewer line replacement needed, electrical fixtures, removed, and reinstalled, and service to our furnace and duct cleaning. The teams were timely, efficient, pleasant, and thorough. Will absolutely refer and use Sugar Bear When we have needs for plumbing, electrical, or hazmat issues.

The heater at my 93 year old mother's place went out. It is a very old heater and I figured it would have to be replace. I don't live nearby so I called Sugar Bear. They sent Lawerecne out. He was great! Let me know that a couple of parts needed to be replaced. He went and got the parts and repaired it the same day. My mother was very happy with his work and attitude. Highly recommend Sugar Bear and Lawrence!

Chris was very helpful & my elderly parents enjoyed talking to him. He explained different options for drain issues & did a nice job stopping a kitchen sink leak.

Gave me the wrong diagnosis and was condescending when I asked if I’d be charged a service fee for his visit. The verbal estimate was also too high compared with the tech I ended up going with (who fixed it by flipping the limit control switch in a second). He never even followed up with an official quote. I’m glad I got more quotes.

Ian is above and beyond in all respects - Extremely happy with his work and his professional, respectful, prompt, courteous approach - No one wants plumbing problems, but if you have one - Sugar Bear / Ian is who you want helping you!

Lawrence Smith did super job. Our Kitchen strainer and sink faucet had problems. The other company told us to replace both with new ones and that cost lots but when Lawrence looked at them , he found out that the faucet is fine and only cost us small amounts of money to get everything ready! He is honest and professional!

Larry is a very professional and cordial person.
He made sure of what was needed to repair our wall heater. He's very through and clear to explain everything needed in a way that I could easily understand, since I've no knowledge of heater systems.
