Atlas is great!

reliable service, easy to set up service appointments, good knowledge of gas heating systems ie forced air furnaces and console heaters

I have depended on Atlas for many years at my business and home. I once made the mistake of going with a competing bid and later regretted it.

They were able to come to my house the same day I called and fix our furnace's pilot light on the spot.

Excellent service. Just had to wait awhile for an appointment to diagnose problem. Once out to the property they fixed issue promptly on an older system.

Blower has been replaced three times! Three times since 1968!
I've only had the place since 2012 but the last time a blower motor was installed was 1989, that would be motor #2 subsequently had a new one installed in Pacifica. Judging by the date you guys did all the "new" Dolger" homes in Fairmont West.

Called to ask them to come out and look at a beater issue in one bathroom and they said they would have someone call me back. Nobody called and I guess they are either too busy or didn't want to help me with smaller problems. Giving them 1 star, because I pretty much had only one interaction and was not a good one.

Update: I called back Hugh who responded to me and this man helped me with open arms. I appreciate it Hugh.

I've worked with Atlas on many jobs and they are first rate. Always return my calls, are professional and get the job done on time and in budget.

I have been going to Atlas Heating since 2007. They are fantastic. Very reliable. They do my furnace inspection every year and I have never had any issues because of their fine service.

I used this company to service my furnace for over 5 years. But when I needed an emergency service call (no heat), they are unable to help me with an appointment for over 2 weeks. I may need a new igniter or a new furnace, but I have a sick child at home and they have just no wiggle room to fit me in. I will not be using this company again.

The Atlas Heating and Ventilating installed a new heating unit in my commercial building and they also rewired and repaired my other heater on the roof. I am super happy with their service and staff , they are very professional and honest and I recommend them to everyone that is looking for a commercial or residential heating and cooling system.
They take care of business in a short time and they won't empty your pocket or give you the run around like some companies do.

Terrific Service and expert technical skills.
Kathy was a pleasure to work with and schedule my appointment. Needed HVAC certified inspection per PG&E. She called me back and got me an earlier appointment when someone cancelled. Technician Mike was great. Inspected my wall heater and told me more about it that I needed to know.
Scheduled a second visit to get it thoroughly cleaned.
Again Mike was great. Also installed a new thermostat to replace my old finicky one.
Atlas is great!

Made appointment and they came on time. I have a old atlas furnace. The technician took one look and went to work. He changed the thermal pilot light. Fixed in less than 30 minutes. 5 stars

Atlas did an amazing job for me. They were super easy to work with, their bid was extremely reasonable, they took care of the space while working, and they freely did all the extras necessary to make it a high quality piece of work. Just a great experience all around.

Atlas installed our heating many years ago, and everything has been great. During the recent cold snap I called them for service. I was grateful that the person who schedules technicians found a time slot for me. The technician, Josh, was on time, knowledgable and efficient. He did a great job, and the heat was back on. I will be sure to change my filter more often. Thank you Atlas.
