Dave did an excellent job thoroughly cleaning my two rugs. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Dave does an excellent job washing our many area rugs. We live in a house with hardwood floors, cats and dogs, and area rugs. We used another company for many years and his work is far superior. The rugs are not new, but come back clean with bright colors again. The rugs remain in good shape for a long time.

We had a plumbing leak that resulted in our very thick and heavy 17 x 13 rug needing a professional cleaning. His price was competitive and he offered a discount for military service. We watched the YouTube videos for Rug Renew and were confident the process used would not only clean our rug, but preserve it. We were not disappointed- in fact, we were very pleased with the outcome.
