It's a rarity today to find quality service companies ! I had a reminder call from Tabatha on Friday confirming my appointment for today - very friendly. Dave Nichols (Owner) showed up on time, functioned in a professional manner, explained the processes and new technology to be used on my rugs and took extra care while working in my home.
Most service people are lucky to hit one of these attributes. Dave was more than fair on pricing for cleaning my large living room rug. While it may be trite to use the term "passion", as it relates to one's work...Dave's got it! Highly recommended.
