James is amazing ! I had a leak from my waterfalls I had in my office and he took care of all the issues related to the leak very professionally , corteous and found the right solutions right away Great service ! 10 out of a 10 ! .

The staff was dressed appropriately with the rapid dry uniform which was nice. The staff clearly understood the task to be accomplished and were expeditious in their delivery of service. They are now my "go to" provider for carpet cleaning services.

If you're looking for your forever carpet cleaner look no further! Not only do I use Rapid Dry at my home, but they also clean the carpets at my workplace. The technicians are experienced, professional and extremely kind. Pet stains were always an issue in my home, but completely disappear once the carpets are cleaned by the Rapid Dry Team. My office had high traffic areas with deep stains including oil and wax after the cleaning was finished it looked like new carpeting. A Golden Retriever, a bunny, and three kids - no problem. I was amazed at how clean and "like new" my carpets were after servicing. So happy with the outcome that I referred Rapid Dry to my mother , a landlord of several apartment complexes. Neither of us will use anyone else. The office staff was efficient and courteous. The crew was punctual and polite.
