We used Comfort City for an HVAC repair at my parent's house, we have a family member who did not allow anyone into this bedroom, Alvaro was extremely patient and took his time to gain his trust.

We needed to replace the 20-year-old HVAC system at our son's condo at La Jolla Regents. Without describing the entire process, everything was done to perfection.

Comfort City replaced the complete HVAC system -- the condenser on the roof of the complex, the blower fan in the unit, the plenum, the ductwork. Everything. And it works great.

My son is happy that he'll be saving money with a more efficient system that uses less electricity, and we're happy that Comfort City did a great job for us.

And the icing on the cake is that the office manager -- Flavia -- and the techs who did the work were super friendly, skilled, and reliable.

I hired Comfort City to replace the 20-yr old AC unit at my mom's place in La Jolla. My initial interaction with the office staff (Flavia) and the techs was stellar, so I hired them without a second thought. Well, things went downhill from there. The new AC is completely unreliable. The 20 year unit worked better! First the condensation line was leaking because it wasn't sealed properly. Then it stopped cooling because it was low on Freon. Now it's not cooling AGAIN. It just keeps running and running but temperature is not going down. My poor mother, I feel so bad that she has had to deal with this all summer!
