Eli explained all options and did not pressure us to purchase a new A/C unit. He gave gave us options on how to continue to operate without needing a new A/C unit immediately. Eli and Matt are the best! They really helped us out with our situtation that has taken about two years to resolve on our own. But, they came in super knowledgable about the equipment and options for our ADU. They were always responsive, polite and on time. Even their office staff was extremely helpful and patient with our needs. We never felt that they were pointing us in the wrong direction or that they didn't have our best interest at heart. They are very professional, follow through with their promises and stand by their work. I am recommending them to anyone and everyone that needs help with heating and cooling. They are the real deal! My neighbor recommended Eli to do a check-up on my AC/Heating system. Eli was very forthright and took the time to educate me about the operation of my system. He told me that everything looked to be in good order no work was required.

Eli was very helpful and explained things well, and recommended some fixes that wound up saving us money. We had a sudden problem pop up with our old AC condenser, causing a bad leak, and I didn't discover it until late in the day. Fortunately Eli was able to come out to our house the next morning and fix it. Highly recommend!!!

Eli came out and was not only easier to talk to than some other companies I called, but I could tell actually wanted to help me. He want the cheapest, but was far from the most expensive and he came up with such a detailed plan and was able to anticipate most of my concerns as we walked the property. I will tell everyone I know to call Eli's heating and air as my house is cooling better than it ever has!

Rip-off. $300 for two $6.00 fuses. I could live with a fair service call for $90 maybe, for the 15 minute call. But these guys did not even consider cutting me slack on such an easy job. I would never recommend or use these guys EVER!!! I guess I'm partly to blame for not checking the dang slow burn fuses myself.

Our ac stopped working during the hottest time of the summer and they came out and fixed it the same day. Their prices were so reasonable I would recommend them over and over again. The most reliable service you could ever ask for!

What can I say. We are so pleased with our new HVAC system, especially during these hot and humid days. Bashar and his son came on a Friday to install a new furnace and A/C and they were extremely efficient and professional. The quality of the equipment and their workmanship is perfect. Initially he told me they would be working all day Friday and returning Monday to complete the work. They finished 99% of the work the same day but we ran into a problem locating where the drainage line went (no fault of his) so he came back on Saturday to install a condensate pump to fix the problem. We were all set up for the hot weekend and ahead of the quoted completion time he gave. His price beat all other quotes we received by thousands of dollars and upon meeting him got an instant impression that he was genuine and truthful. I will absolutely recommend US Heating And Cooling to everyone I know whether searching for these services or not. 5 stars for perfect service!

I wanted to share my recent experience with an HVAC company, US heating & cooling.Their work is amazing and their prices are very fair. What I appreciate most about them is their trustworthiness and reliability. They made me feel confident about spending money on replacing my AC units because I know they won't cut corners and use only top tier brands. Overall, my experience with US heating & cooling was a solid 10/10. If you ever need any HVAC work done, I highly recommend giving them a call!

Installed 2 Mini-split ductless AC/heating systems. Came very quickly after my initial call to survey my needs and to give me a quote. I accpeted the quote and was scheduled for the install within one week. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and neatly. Cleaned up after themselves as they worked. Very knowledgeable and familiar with mini-split systems. I'm very happy with the final result. Two units installed in about 6 hours.

Had a Mini-split system installed today. They were on time, completed the job very professionally and left the premises after instructing me on its use, warranty etc, in a very neat and clean manner. Their quote increased as it had been over 3 months old ( product annual increases) but felt it was still a fair prize, as they recommended the best rated unit. I am satisfied and would trust them for future use
