Geirge is excellent . I appreciated very much that he had tried to fix our slow storm drain due to tree root intrusion issues. Unfortunately, the above problem was only partly resolved due to the fact that i was told the mechanical auger root cutter cannot reached the tree root intruding T drain. Some perhaps better, but definitely more costly , resolutions such as Hydro jet, sump pump or rerouting were suggested. However, I was somewhat disappointed as i was not elaborated that this could be an issue for mechanical auger root cutter before the job began, but I still would gave him a five stars for his diligence.He spend 2 hour for the job.

George came out on a Saturday late afternoon to check out an issue we had with our bathroom shower handle/cartridge. He was able to diagnose the issue and schedule a repair in a timely manner and that worked within our budget. Thank you George!

Mr. George was phenomenal is helping us out with our clogged sink. He’s very professional and receptive to inquisitive minds (myself and my 10yr old). He explained his procedure and follow up recommendations to keep the drain functioning like it’s supposed to. Highly recommend!!!

Called for a plumber and Tony arrived within 30 minutes. Quickly found my water leak problem and corrected on the spot. Good people are hard to find and would recommend Tony for any plumbing problems!

George did an amazing job removing a stuck toilet pad cleaner from my toilet which required removing my toilet and reinstalling it.He even cleaned the outside of my toilet which he didn’t need to do. Overall very great experience with the company.

Absolutely excellent service. They were able to get us an appointment the next morning and Tony arrived promptly at 8 AM. He was able to diagnose our problem and have it resolved within a couple hours! Strongly recommend Drain Masters!

George was very friendly and professional. He has come out twice for different jobs. The company was responsive, quick and on time. Plumbing is a fickle beast and when the job needed tweaking they came out again at no extra charge.

I’ve used this company before and had a great experience, which is why I called them again. Unfortunately, this visit was the complete opposite. After calling the answering service at 8:00 PM the night before, I was scheduled for the first slot at 8:00 AM.
​By 8:30 AM, there was no plumber and zero communication. I had to initiate the follow-up myself. When the technician finally called, he claimed he was "finishing another job"—which is unacceptable for an 8:00 AM start unless they overbooked or prioritized someone else without notice.
​While he arrived 15 minutes after that call and cleared the drain quickly, he left black sludge/gunk in my sink and charged $225. They get two stars only because the job was eventually completed, but they lose three for the total lack of professional courtesy and failure to communicate a delay. If you value your time, look elsewhere.

Right off the bat I want to tell you that George is amazing! He does incredible work.

My husband called them on behalf of my parents because they were having plumbing issues in their home. The pipe in their guest bathroom shower tub broke. We’re so grateful that George came out to tell us the problem and was able to come by the next day to solve it right away.

I really appreciate how he went over to show us what he worked on and explained the proper protocol as an after care.
