I have had the best experience with drain masters this morning. Tony was very nice , friendly and down to earth. He did his work and explained what he did so I could understand it. As if that wasn't enough a few hour later I had a leak from my second story bathroom toilet to my downstairs bathroom lights. I called drain masters and Tony was right back out here very quickly. Before I knew it the problem was fixed before it became a major issue. Thank you drain masters and Thank you Tony. I would definitely recommend drain masters if they have a problem and need help. This is the third time now in 3 weeks I have used this company for different problems. Everything has gone great.

I called Drain Masters at the spur of the moment, to see if they could supply a lower bid to unclog our home's main drain line, after being given an outrageous bid for the same work by another company. Drain Masters bid was about 40% lower, so I had them come out to do the work instead. Technician George was a thorough and courteous professional who quickly cleared the drain. George also ran a camera through the drain line for free and showed me, in detail, the tree roots that have been causing the recurring problem with our old cast iron pipe. George the gave me an excellent bid to add a ground level clean out to the affected side of our house, and to do a hydrojet procedure to the drain line to remove the tree roots. It took less than a day total for George and Drain Masters to do all the work, and now I understand the dynamics of our old cast iron Drain system. I highly recommend Drain Masters! We're calling them back within a year to install a complete ABS drain system under a bathroom we're going to remodel.

Price was even less than the original quote that I agreed to with Zeke. Zeke took my call, he was a nice guy and really funny. He tried to walk me through doing the job on my own in case I wanted to save money, ultimately I didn’t want to make matters worse. A great and honest company, I have saved their number in my phone in case we need them again. Thank you again Zeke and George.

I cannot say how pleased I was with the service that I received from Drain Masters Plumbing Company! George was phenomenal! He went beyond just repairing my toilet - he asked if he could investigate the root cause of the issue. Because he did that, we were able to address the real issue (too much water pressure coming into the house) that was causing the toilets to malfunction. He operated with a high degree of integrity that you rarely see. The service was quick, reasonably priced and thorough and he cleaned up after providing the service. Zeke, Tony, and the Drain Masters team are professional, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive. I’ve had them repair multiple broken pipes, install sewage clean-out access, replace a sewer line to the street, and flush my tankless water heater. I highly recommend this locally owned business.
